Passing through Città Sant'Angelo, we stopped for dinner in this cute restaurant in the center. The environment is well-kept and has a warm atmosphere, well-set tables at the right distance. We ordered two plates of spaghetti alla guitar with tomato, delicious, a plentiful and delicious grilled meat with lots of variety and a portion of fantastic kebabs as well as a side of grilled vegetables which were enough for two. The staff was friendly, helpful, friendly and punctual. The cost is more than acceptable considering quantity and quality. It's a shame not to have it close to home. Definitely worth trying!

It was a pleasant discovery. Very nice place, intimate, characteristic, welcoming. The dishes were tasty and of great quality. We had dinner with two first courses for two people (spaghetti alla guitar with porcini mushrooms and truffle and meunière with meat sauce), mixed grill (plenty of it) and kebabs, sautéed chicory with pine nuts and raisins, a bottle of Montepulciano, a homemade dessert, water and coffee offered by the professional and very welcoming owner. Absolutely adequate price.

13/06/2025: I wanted to treat myself to a fish dinner for my birthday and since my daughter is celiac I did some research on the Internet... Given the many positive reviews, I booked at "Livio e il mare", a restaurant that, despite living in Pescara, I didn't know yet. A suggestive atmosphere, cuisine that reinterprets tradition, extreme attention to intolerances, raw seafood that struck me for the goodness and originality of the combinations... but above all the friendliness of chef Livio and his wife, who made us feel like special guests! Honorable mention for the oyster tasting... I can't explain why it's not one of the most renowned restaurants in the area! A birthday to remember 🥂

18/08/2025: I've been there twice, the first time in the summer and the second time in the winter. The food is good, both the meat and the pizza, and the staff is kind and polite.
17/08/2025: We visited this restaurant during our vacation and it was a truly excellent experience. The location is beautiful and spacious, both indoors and outdoors, perfect for enjoying a quiet dinner. The cuisine is authentic and meticulously prepared: the handmade arrosticini are simply the best we've ever eaten! The appetizers are also highly recommended, with an excellent selection of local cured meats (duck speck, wild boar salami, sheep's milk salami, etc.) and traditional sheep's and goat's milk cheeses. The desserts were also excellent, a fitting end to the evening. Special praise goes to the staff, always kind, welcoming, and very knowledgeable in explaining the dishes and conveying their love for the region and its products. A restaurant that absolutely deserves it: we'll definitely be back!
