Ps: We had problems with taxis and the chef helped us by giving us a lift, a lovely person.

Quelli provati da noi tutti buonissimi: il vitel tonnato, la carne cruda, la mitica panissa.
Servizio cortese ed efficiente, prezzi correttissimi.

I went to the Del Capel Rosso tavern on the occasion of the "Bagna Cauda day" and I must say that I was satisfied, the bagna cauda was really good, served with both raw and cooked vegetables, the staff stopped by several times to ask if you wanted the encore...and some even the trio...A more than positive experience.

Nulla da eccepire sulla qualità e bontà del cibo e sulla gentilezza del personale, però finisce qui. Il prezzo è esagerato e le dosi scarse. Non si nascondono queste pecche offrendo un mini aperitivo e un altrettanto mini entrèe di cui non si sente neppure il gusto. inoltre i dolci non sono all'altezza e abbiamo avuto l'impressione che la panissa, per altro molto buona, fosse scaldata al microonde.

Just arrived from NYC specially to eat at Hosteria Del Capel Rosso, We didn't have reservations, the restaurant was full but the host offered us a table just for 1.1/2 hours. let me tell you the 90 minutes food and wine experience was worth it highly recommended. next time I'm definitely making sure I have reservations.

My wife and I had a good time.
Toma and hazelnut risotto and fried egg with spinach on pumpkin cream. Agnolotti with particular ragù and stewed snails. 1 dessert, white bunet. Waterfall. €55. The egg was amazing. Acceptable price for food and service
