20/01/2026: I went to Chalet 3.0 in the Piazzetta with my family and it was a truly wonderful experience.
We started by sharing falafel, which were delicious and original—a pleasant appetizer that got us off to a good start.
My mother and I chose the Armonia di Bosco, a vegan dish consisting of well-made and delicate porcini ravioli, while my father chose the fritto misto, which he loved because it was light and crispy.
For dessert, I had two mini baba tarts, which were truly delicious, while my parents shared the mascarpone, which was creamy and perfect for ending the meal.
The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel at ease right away. The restaurant is well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere and meticulously prepared food.
A very enjoyable family lunch; I'll definitely be back.
16/01/2026: I had dinner at Chalet 3.0 in the Piazzetta in Carpi with my boyfriend, and the experience was truly positive. The restaurant is in a stunning location: the piazza is beautiful and creates a special atmosphere, perfect for an evening out thanks to the frequent DJ sets.
The staff was extremely kind and attentive; we immediately felt welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant specializes in seafood, and the quality is evident.
I started with "Lo Scoglio," or scialatielli pasta with shellfish, deboned: a delicious dish with authentic flavors. The freshness of the ingredients is evident, and for a moment, it truly felt like we were back at the seaside... even though we're in the middle of the plain!
My boyfriend, on the other hand, chose passatelli with clams for his first course, sautéed with oil, garlic, and parsley, and grilled squid with sautéed spinach for his second course. He was extremely satisfied: the calamari was incredibly tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, a dish he thoroughly enjoyed.
The place and the food are perfect for a romantic yet relaxed evening with your partner. I'll definitely be back with friends to try it.
