Tonight... Hostaria 100Celle... like my mother's cooking. I had Roman-style involtini (I mopped up the sauce with bread), sautéed chicory, a mouth-watering tiramisu, and a very good red wine. Those who were with me had gricia, carbonara, and coratella, all superb.
The staff were very attentive and kind, and the place was clean and welcoming. A 5-star osteria... highly recommended.

I went with my girlfriend. Truly excellent. Exceptional homemade ravioli. The ingredients are top-quality and you can taste it. The tagliata with salad was also good.

In a setting reminiscent of the distant 1960s, fantastic food is served, crafted with a precision that trattorias of the distant 1960s could only dream of. No grease, no overpowering smells, and no fumes. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back. Attentive and friendly service. Well done.

Conosciuto , ma prima esperienza . Ambiente da Hostaria . Informale pulita e accogliente . Classico menu attaccato al muro : lavagna ( con prezzo ben scritto affianco ) . Pietanze romane . Servite senza grande attese . Preparate espesse ( cosa non frequente ) e anche abbondanti , non disdegnando tale accortezza , sono veramente buone .
I fritti romani ( carciofi e cervello ). Trippa alla romana, fagioli , carciofi alla romana , e fatitici nervetti conditi . Poi " cacio e pepe " , "carbonara ",
" matriciana ". Tutte favolose . E poi basta perché non c entra più nulla .
