In times like these, when eating out is becoming increasingly difficult, this place gives us hope! A traditional osteria that perfectly reflects the spirit of Centocelle, welcoming and popular. Special mention goes to the staff: professional, extremely kind, fast, and very friendly, all people who know their job well! The food is good, simple and made up of traditional Roman recipes, as is the house wine. Despite the abundance of olive oil, no digestive issues. 🙂 Prices are in line. I agree with Borghese. 🙂 Excellent for evenings with friends, I will definitely be back. Congratulations, keep up the good work!

If you want to eat traditional Roman dishes as they should be, without any concessions to the touristy adaptations of too many restaurants, even historic ones, this is the place. It's worth the trip outside the historic center; don't hesitate to visit just because it's a bit harder to reach without a car! You'll be rewarded with the best Roman cuisine of your trip to Rome. The nervetti salad is pure poetry, the carbonara is an explosion of flavor, the cacio e pepe is creamy and balanced, the fried foods are dry and flavorful, the homemade desserts are excellent, the ricotta and sour cherry tart is amazing... but basically, I think it's impossible to order anything less than delicious at this place.

I was invited by friends to dine at this place and I must say I was amazed...
Waiters very kind and very professional but in a simple way without forcing, very good and tasty food, in line with the idea of a Roman trattoria; very good meat, excellent wine and very tasty desserts
Simple, familiar, clean and well-kept environment
Also recommended for a quick dinner

What can I say? The staff is welcoming, kind and not intrusive. The food is excellent, the carbonara and the amatriciana are dreamy. The saltimbocca are fabulous, the starters are top and deserve all their fame. Highly recommended.

Conosciuto , ma prima esperienza . Ambiente da Hostaria . Informale pulita e accogliente . Classico menu attaccato al muro : lavagna ( con prezzo ben scritto affianco ) . Pietanze romane . Servite senza grande attese . Preparate espesse ( cosa non frequente ) e anche abbondanti , non disdegnando tale accortezza , sono veramente buone .
I fritti romani ( carciofi e cervello ). Trippa alla romana, fagioli , carciofi alla romana , e fatitici nervetti conditi . Poi " cacio e pepe " , "carbonara ",
" matriciana ". Tutte favolose . E poi basta perché non c entra più nulla .

Hosteria veramente di un tempo si mangia veramente Romano tutto squisito eccezionale tutto dagli antipasti ai dolci fatti con le loro mani conto in linea con la qualità eccezionale servizio TOP GRANDE MARCELLO
