Hostaria Viola was truly a wonderful discovery. We were looking for somewhere away from the touristy areas, and here we found just what we were looking for. The menu is very interesting, with local ingredients and options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. The fresh stuffed pasta is excellent, with special mention for the ravioli with bitter herbs and the agnolotti. The main courses are also delicious, with spectacular pike and creamed cod. The desserts are not to be missed; the whole wheat apple pie is truly delicious. The staff are kind and welcoming; we really had a great time. Thank you!

The dishes are beautifully presented and flavorful. The prices are fair, and the owners are very friendly. We really enjoyed the beef in oil, which is prepared differently from the traditional Rovato recipe—a perfect reinterpretation.

06/01/2026: A very welcoming and unique place, with attention to detail and many eye-catching furnishings. Impeccable and fast service, with little wait between courses. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious, and the stay was pleasant. We had an appetizer, first course, second course, dessert, and coffee. Highly recommended; I'll definitely be back, especially to try the guinea fowl tortelloni with aromatic herbs.
04/01/2026: A very welcoming trattoria, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Attentive, polite, and friendly staff. The food is fantastic; I had the pumpkin gnocchi with taleggio and porcini mushrooms: I'll remember them for a lifetime. Amazing. The portions were adequate and the price was right: an appetizer, a first course, a second course, and two desserts came to just over €60 (dinner). Thank you!
