A very pleasant experience at Hostaria Trevi.
As a Sicilian, I'm not particularly accustomed to Roman cuisine, but I must say that, along with the people I dined with, we ate well and were satisfied.
Special mention for the carbonara: my girlfriend, who particularly loves it and is also quite picky, was truly satisfied. The flavors were delicious and the dishes were appreciated by the entire table.
Plus, the location is fantastic: being just steps from the Trevi Fountain makes the experience even better. Eating well in a setting like this is always a pleasure.
