After years of frequenting Ferrara I finally decided to come to this Hostaria...I wonder why I never came before! All very very good! The choice of menu is good and the cooked dishes are always tasty additions off the menu. I highly recommend the traditional menu. Excellent value for money.

This is my favorite trattoria in Ferrara, I travel there once in a while just for this exact place.
The service is fast and friendly.
one of the interesting things about this place is also their wines, they have several options of house wines with fair prices and generous quantity.
Food: we always start with “tagliere” which has different kinds of ham, then we go with primo and secondo. Both the quality and quantity is very good.
P.s: the only thing that I’m not a big fan of, is the desert! It could be better.

Carina osteria di fronte al castello nel centro storico arredata in stile cinquecentesco, menù vario con piatti del giorno. Consiglio i passatelli, le lasagne bianche e il guanciale. Molto buoni anche i dolci della casa. Io ho assaggiato la zuppa inglese: “ubriacante”. Personale molto gentile, servizio veloce. Prezzi adeguati.

Tutto buonissimo, servizio eccellente e veloce. Personale estremamente cortese... quindi tutto perfetto. L'unica cosa, a voler essere pignoli, è il frenetico viavai dei camerieri, il continuo campanello della cucina....da' al tutto un'aria di irrequietezza, di agitazione... insomma ottima osteria ma poco poco romantica.
