The management has changed but the service and cuisine have remained the same as before. Excellent starters, good first courses. Fish based price quality and quantity are excellent. I recommend it, I will come back as always.

I chose this restaurant by chance because it was close to the bakery. We enjoyed some fantastic busiate with sardines: few frills and lots of quality substance. The Chef owner very courteous. The restaurant and open kitchen, as usual in the Chef's home country, are very clean.

This is a unique place in Trapani that combines Sicilian culinary tradition with Moroccan influences. The restaurant is run by Tamou, a passionate cook who creates dishes from local ingredients, often inspired by the daily catch of fish. One of the distinguishing features of this place is the open kitchen, thanks to which guests can watch a live "cooking spectacle". The aromas rising from the pots and the work in the kitchen create a unique atmosphere - it is a feast not only for the palate, but also for the senses. Among the specialties you will find: couscous with fish and busiate - traditional Sicilian pasta, we ate the one with shrimps and pistachios. We also had the opportunity to try an amazing fish soup - rich in flavor, aromatic and full of fresh ingredients. Homemade white wine was a perfect match, light and very tasty. At the end of the feast, we tried one of the homemade desserts - Parfait di mandorle - it was tasty and perfectly complemented the overall experience. The interior is simple but full of character - with vintage elements and an artistic atmosphere. The waiter serves with great kindness and a smile. This is the perfect place for people who want to taste authentic Sicily, feel the homely atmosphere and see the cuisine from the inside - literally.

A tavern run by very kind and polite people. Nothing pretentious, neither in the decor nor in the service. Ideal if you want to have a very easy meal. The food is decent. I don't recommend the octopus because it was quite "rubbery". The swordfish and the typical fried food are good.

Literally an explosion of taste!

Overall the food was good, the owners were kind however: a fish couscous for 20 euros where the only fish there was were 4 mussels (4 in number on the edges of the plate) and 4 small fried fish like sardines with bones placed on top of a mountain of pure and simple couscous seems madness to me. The busiata with amberjack was tastier and more plentiful in terms of fish and cost even less (17 euros). The slightly tough octopus salad isn't bad either. Nice place, very simple. To summarize I would absolutely not recommend COUS COUS, the rest without infamy and without praise but too expensive for the decentralized location.

Excellent cuisine, friendly staff and honest prices, the only flaw (not a huge one), the kitchen is together with the dining room so the smell of cooking is everywhere. It makes up for the price and taste very well!

Locale caratteristico della vecchia osteria, cucina a vista con Tamou che mentre cucina non smette di sorriderti. Menu siciliano con qualche escursione nel cous cous e nella tajine. La zuppa di oilipo, l'antipasto con il brik e la caponata sono deliziosi. Calamaro panato e gamberoni cotti a puntino. Cordialità, gentilezza e pulizia (basta guardare il bagno). Da ritornarci presto.

Localino semplice, ma molto accogliente. I piatti preparati da Tamou sono genuini e deliziosi. Lei è l'anima dell'osteria e sa creare un ambiente familiare. Gentilissima, ti consiglia nella scelta in base ai prodotti freschi del giorno. Ogni volta usciamo soddisfatti. Consigliato!
