A trattoria-pizzeria that combines tasty dishes with a lovely atmosphere! The restaurant has also been expanded. The pizzas are good, with a variety of toppings, some very unique, and the first courses are excellent and plentiful. The appetizers are limited. Service is quick and prices are reasonable.

We tried this restaurant by chance because it was close to our accommodation, and it became our regular stop throughout our Rome vacation. Excellent food (the divine Carbonara and the tender artichokes) and kind, friendly waiters.

I went for lunch. A bit pricey for what the food was. I stopped here because I wasn't as hungry as I was going to the center of Trastervere, and I was hoping that since it wasn't in such a touristy area, it would have good value for money, but meh. A barely passing 5, and out of 5, I'm giving it 3 stars for the service because they were friendly, that's for sure.

07/04/2026: UPDATE MY REVIEW: I've been back for dinner twice now, and the service was perfect and prompt :) What can I say? A bad night can happen to anyone, after all! Giving a second chance works! I confirm what I've already said: the food is good, and the service is great! Highly recommended 💕 The place is really cute, and we loved the food, but the service is way too slow. You can't wait half an hour for water, and over an hour (more precisely, an hour and twenty minutes) for a plate of fettuccine. It's a real shame, because we had a great meal. Excellent value. We went on a Friday night for dinner, and the place was almost full. We'll try to give the place a second chance, since a bad night can happen to anyone. So, I'd say, go try Piatto Ricco, but with a lot of patience and no rush! 🤗
