18/03/2026: Ristorante Roma in Viarigi was a wonderful discovery! A highly recommended destination for a weekend getaway, perfect for unwinding and enjoying excellent cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. Really good food, friendly service, and a pleasant atmosphere: a place we'll gladly return to. Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: A Sunday lunch with a few problems. Two couples of friends, who enjoy touring the Monferrato area and dining in many characteristic restaurants. We booked in advance, a restaurant recommended by our acquaintances. We arrived at ten to one, were given our table, and after about 10 minutes our orders were taken: four tasting menus and a Barbera Superiore that we know well. The tasting menus offer a wide selection, an assortment of four appetizers, a choice of first courses, a choice of second courses, and various desserts. We received the appetizers after an hour. The wait was too long. It's a shame the raw meat was very cold. After waiting so long, we would have expected it to be at a more suitable temperature for consumption. The other three appetizers were tasty. The first courses, agnolotti, followed by the second courses, fritto misto and rabbit, and the desserts. All good. We finished at 3:30 pm and the bill of €228 was in line with the menu, with a €2 discount on the wine.
