We were guests of Spaiato just before Christmas to celebrate a friend's birthday. Excellent Piedmontese dishes. Generous portions and well presented. The fried fish was special! Everything exquisite.

03/04/2025: It is with great pleasure that I write a review in Piedmontese language for the restaurant Dente, where I went to eat raviòj with roast sauce. It was a gastronomic experience of excellence. The raviòj was cooked to perfection, with a fresh and thin pasta that contained a rich and tasty filling. The roast sauce was an ideal accompaniment, giving a deep and harmonious flavor to the dish. The service was courteous and attentive, and the environment was warm and welcoming, creating a culinary experience that I strongly recommend to those who want to taste the real Piedmontese cuisine.
