Absolutely loved this little hidden gem in Modena! Stumbled upon it by chance and it turned out to be one of the best surprises of my trip. The atmosphere is warm, original, and full of charm — a perfect blend of creativity and comfort that makes it feel like you’ve discovered something truly special.
What made the experience even more memorable was the incredible reception we received. The woman who served us drinks was genuinely kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy. She made us feel like old friends, not just customers. Her passion and warmth turned a simple stop for a drink into a heartfelt experience.
The wine itself was fantastic and served with a smile. But it’s the human touch, the sense of being truly seen and welcomed, that sets this place apart.
If you’re in Modena, do not miss this spot. It’s one of those rare finds that stays with you long after you leave. So worth the visit — I’ll definitely be back!

Ada is always a guarantee and a fantastic experience!!!
She deserves much more than 5 stars.
The excellent "Razdora" prepares every dish with the highest quality products, always fresh, and with particular attention to production cycles. This is why every day there may be different options than those on the menu. They are ALWAYS delicious and convey the passion and love with which they were prepared.
The place is a gem... small but precious... furnished with pieces of history... it makes you feel at home... or in wonderland... depending on your mood... impeccably clean and welcoming...
Eating at La Frasca is an experience that makes you want to come back again and again and again...
Beyond her countless talents, Ada also has a theatrical flair. Besides welcoming guests, cooking, and serving, she also entertains them, masterfully transforming the cold atmosphere of modern restaurants into one where diners chat, joke, and laugh together like one big family...
Many other wonders could be said about Ada and her unforgettable and precious hospitality, but I'll leave the rest to you, limiting myself to saying that even the bill will pleasantly surprise you.
Don't ask her how much a dish or wine costs... and just enjoy the experience... you will never be disappointed...

What a character Mrs. Ada is. One of a kind, histrionic, friendly, quick, entertainer. But not only Mrs. Ada... her cuisine, spectacular and to be savored in every way. We happened upon this tiny trattoria by chance and spent a truly enchanting evening. If I ever return to Modena I will definitely stop by to eat here.

The lady is an institution! She cooks very well and is treated like a grandmother... a little eccentric and fun! 2 starters (porchetta with snow peas and asparagus pie with culatello) 4 first courses of tortelli/tortellini, delicious cutlets and amazing guinea fowl and duck!
