The owner is fantastic....a true quality entertainer.

I loved this place! it is different from most restaurants in that there is no menu and you eat what the owner suggests. I had delicious roast duck with very tasty potatoes, a glass of red wine, a bottle of water and the total was €35 which was a good price considering the high quality of the food. The taste and flavor was exceptional. The place is small but that doesn't matter because I loved the larger-than-life personality of the owner. She does every thing herself, and I loved her conversation. She talked to everyone. This is her place and she is definitely in charge. So you need to be in the mood for that. She is also very warm, kind and very sweet.

Mrs. Ada is one of a kind! She welcomes you into her kitchen and it's like being a guest in her home. I've never experienced an atmosphere like this in any restaurant. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful experience: Sunday lunch spent at the most delicious and unique osteria I've ever tried. As soon as you enter, you're transported to the world of Ada, the owner, who will welcome and pamper you like a true hostess with the menu of the day. I stumbled upon this osteria in the narrow streets of Modena by chance after a trip to Maranello to see the Ferrari Museum. It's one of the few places left serving authentic local cuisine! Signora Ada is the hostess, cook, waitress, and entertainer... she's one of a kind!!! Direct and sincere, unfiltered, and overpowering! There's no menu here; you eat what Signora Ada personally cooks daily, and it's impossible not to finish the dishes! Generous and authentic portions, I highly recommend it; I'll definitely be back!

A versatile and energetic woman, she guides you with gentle determination through the dishes she prepares daily with seasonal and always fresh ingredients, so there's no fixed menu. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to dessert! Not to mention the charm of being able to enjoy lunch or dinner in a small setting brimming with family memories and love for one's home, almost as if you were actually sitting in her dining room! At Mrs. Ada, hospitality isn't an optional extra, but the key to entering a more intimate and intangible place that only those who open their hearts and close their eyes can experience with her. A dining experience that goes beyond all expectations, provided by a person of soul who puts her whole self into her cooking and who, in doing so, subverts the sordid rules of profit in order to thrill diners with every dish she dishes.
