The atmosphere was warm and full of character, with just the right touch of elegance. The staff made us feel truly welcome. It’s the kind of place you remember and can’t wait to return to. Highly recommended!

This is an absolute hidden gem!! Geniunely the best meal I’ve ever had and the service was just as good as the meal. I will be coming back to Florence just for this restaurant! Take a bow Hostaria.

The menu strikes a wonderful balance between traditional Tuscan flavors and creative touches, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Beauty of it is that they have a menu gluten free! one thing that stood out was their attention to it. They offer a dedicated gluten-free menu with plenty of good options. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The service was impeccable throughout the night—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. To top it all off, the dessert selection was fantastic. The pistachio cheesecake and the tiramisu were excellent!

Found this place as we were looking for gluten free gnocchi/ravioli and it was a great find! Atmosphere was great, service fairly quick. Gluten free Tuscan soup was excellent as was the gluten free ravioli. The regular house made pasta with truffles & gorgonzola cheese was delicious. House red wine was ok and definitely seemed to be a lot of tourists but overall a very satisfying dinner!

Centrale ristorantino in un vicoletto, molto intimo e carino, con personale gentile, ma formale. Buoni i cibi ed attenzione al senza glutine, ma forse un po' caro in rapporto alle porzioni. Ottima la carta dei vini. Non particolarmente adatto ai bambini.
