The new premises of this historic Val Sesia restaurant are located in a small city park. Structure completely renovated and very welcoming. Fast and attentive service. The restaurant offers both à la carte and tasting menus. Excellent local raw materials and served in a modern way. Good wine list. Parking nearby. A visit is recommended even if you are not in the area.

Restaurant located on a small promontory inside the town, near the cable car that takes you to the sacred mountain of Varallo, from where it is possible to see the valley below. Well-kept environment. The staff is very friendly, ready to answer all your questions.

In the characteristic and historic "village" of Varallo, on the top of a hill from which you can admire the entire city, you unexpectedly come across Hostaria di Bricai.
Friendliness and excellent service embrace the chef's exquisite proposal.
Worth a detour if you happen to be passing through. It requires a stop if you are planning a trip.
Let them tell you the story and you will appreciate even more your decision to refresh yourself in an almost magical place.
