For lunch on Sunday before Epiphany, we had an excellent risotto with Nebbiolo and Gorgonzola and a mixed boiled meat dish. The risotto was very good, and the owner/chef was attentive enough to ask for the desired doneness. The boiled meat with beef, tongue, and cotechino was accompanied by boiled potatoes, mustard, salsa verde, and anchovy sauce. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The price was absolutely fair. The welcome was warm and attentive to the customer's requests.

This is already our second Christmas lunch here. It's a charming, clean, and tidy place. The owner is kind and willing to accommodate any request. The food is simply exceptional, satisfying both the palate and the view. We highly recommend this location. The Airoldi family extends a heartfelt thanks to the entire Borgo team.

Discovered by chance, a charming place. The lady who welcomed us was very friendly and kind. Welcoming atmosphere. Friendly chef and excellent food. We'll definitely be back.

Stop for a quick lunch; they also offer a set menu. Excellent dishes, both classic and local.

A dinner in a truly historic and delightful setting, quiet and elegant, yet still retaining the character of an osteria. Daily and seasonal menus, carefully selected dishes divided into fish and meat. Pasta, such as tonnarelli, is homemade. Chef Rossella is attentive and professional, and I love it when she stops by to say hello and ask for feedback, also sharing the history of the village and the little church. The waiter is expert and professional. The wines are a good selection.

We ate outdoors on a Sunday lunchtime. The paniscia was good but not very good considering the price and the "poor" ingredients—rice, cabbage, etc.—I would have liked a little more on the plate, it was really not much. What's truly absurd is the €3 cover charge. There were basically three of us, so three first courses and one water came to €60.
