It is now a great reality. As a Fulvio you are never bored and you also eat very well. We have more and more fun being his table companions. A great host and super staff. To return again and again to find out "what has Fulvio done this evening?"

Beautiful atmosphere very very curated Very good food the octopus is great and super fresh Zaccaria the guy running the restaurant when Fulvio is not there is on top of everything and look after the clients in a very professional and amicable manner

This place was amazing. Manager greeted us and treated us like old friends. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant. Great menu, amazing food, excellent service. This is a new favorite place, can’t wait to go back! Another visit and another amazing review! Cannot recommend this place enough. Greeted like old friends, amazing food and the service is amazing!!

Absolutely amazing. A new favorite place. Manager greeted us and treated us like old friends. Menu was fantastic and the food was amazing. The place was cozy and elegant. Can’t wait to go back. Cannot recommend enough!

The service was nice and friendly but we didn’t enjoy the pasta so much. Pasta was not fresh, probably. The sauce tasted like a simple home cooked one. Also, the chocolate cake was too plain and dry. The atmosphere were interesting and nice, although the tables were very close to each other.

We had an excellent meal here with good service and good food. The restaurant is very atmospheric with ornate and interesting decor. Looking forward to returning.

Nous avons passé une bonne soirée dans ce restaurant très bien décoré et à l'ambiance agréable. Le personnel est très sympa et la nourriture est très qualitative. Excellent risotto au safran et le filet de bœuf était très tendre. On a eu un petit souci qui a été vite réglé par le personnel qui s'est avéré très à l'écoute. Je reviendrai sûrement lors de mon prochain passage à Florence.

31/03/2024: Elegant and refined environment, delicious dishes, on Easter day... packed... after waiting a long time for the orders they served us immediately.
29/03/2024: We went to this place on Monday evening 5 February 2024, for my friend Daria's birthday. Excellent welcome from the staff, ready to satisfy every need with a smile. I recommend Ristorante Rubaconte to anyone who loves Italian cuisine.
