This is an excellent Roman trattoria, serving all the traditional dishes beautifully. Elena, the chef, is truly outstanding. Their kindness is also noteworthy: due to a misunderstanding, our reservation was lost, but they nevertheless welcomed us and set up a table in just a few minutes.

A small, lively, and vibrant Roman osteria, serving excellent traditional Roman cuisine. The service is fast, friendly, and polite. Everything was delicious, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I highly recommend it; you'll be satisfied. Reservations are recommended.

A tiny, typically Roman trattoria, very retro.
It feels like a 1950s setting.
Very friendly staff, Roman cuisine on the menu.
An additional plus is that despite being a small space, with the kitchen very close by, it wasn't overpowered by the smell of cooking, as unfortunately happens in other places.
My clothes (and hair) still smelled as good as they did when I was young.
This is very important to me.

I went to eat at this restaurant on Epiphany with my family. We all enjoyed the traditional Roman dishes, especially the suckling pig, the fettuccine with sausage and spare ribs, and the sautéed chicory (not everyone knows how to make it so well). We'll be back.

Pasta (I like it more al dente... but I'm exaggerating 😊) chicory... just the right amount of spicy... Delicious tiramisu...

Recommended by a colleague, I finally managed to organize a dinner with a friend here at Edmondo.
The staff and the owner were incredibly friendly and courteous, and it was a totally relaxing dinner, where I enjoyed their excellent Roman-style cuisine.
A platter of two appetizers, a first course, two second courses, and a liter of wine were €35 per person.

My compliments to all the staff, starting with the owner. They're very welcoming, the food is excellent, and the price is reasonable given the quality. Unfortunately, there's limited seating, so I recommend booking. Unfortunately, it's closed on Sundays. It's located 500 meters from Piazzale Clodio. There's no parking, but it's worth a visit.
