Un buon ristorante nel cuore di Trastevere che offre tradizione e qualità. Particolare menzione meritano i Rigatoni democratici, ma non solo. Buono anche l’abbacchio a scottadito. Porzioni abbondanti. Buon rapporto prezzo/qualità. Professionale e cortese il servizio

Authentic Roman restaurant. Excellent food. My favorite in Rome, despite being in the bohemian neighborhood of Trastevere, the restaurant is calm and cozy.

Típico restaurante en el Trastevere. Fue una cena de negocios con menú fijo, así querido por la organización. Los antipastos estuvieron muy buenos y la carne espectacular (saltinboca alla romana). No estuvieron tan buenas las papas del contorno. Tampoco me gustó la macedonia que se sirvió de postre. El vino estuvo bien, pero no pusieron suficiente agua. Para mejorar la puntuación tendría que volver y solicitar algo del menú a gusto propio. Con gusto volvería. El servicio bastante bueno.

I don't recommend it Too crowded and messed up It seems like an industry...... Eat quickly and leave the place quickly... Prices not adequate for the service and quality (a little expensive) 😳😳☹️🤔

Historic restaurant in Rome!! I've been going there since I was a child with my parents and now with my nephew!! Four generations in this restaurant where the first and second courses really make the difference. The Democratic rigatoni are unmissable as is their matriciana! Lamb, suckling pig, tripe, artichokes, in short, every typical Roman goodness can be found here to enjoy with a madman!! Obviously over time the place has expanded its menu but I will always remain faithful to their origins and their wonderful Roman nature. Prices are consistent with the pos to (right in Trastevere, S.Cosimato) but without speculation! In short, you spend around 30/35 euros but very well spent.... I love them

14/10/2024: Sono stato con colleghi in questa struttura restandone soddisfatto. Trovandosi al centro non è semplicissimo parcheggiare e si trovano esclusivamente parcheggi a pagamento. Il ristorante era molto affollato ma tutto sommato spazi interni erano adeguati. Abbiamo preso diversi primi, tutti bene fatti e di gran qualità, l'unico inconveniente è stato un attesa eccessiva per ottenerlo, particolarmente apprezzato sono stati i lombrichi con pistacchi, guanciale e pecorino. Quindi abbiamo preso i secondi, anche essi molto apprezzati. In particolare vorrei segnalare lo stinco di maiale cotto nella birra e l agnello allo scottadito. Devo però costatare che 6 persone hanno chiesto i filetti di manzo, il problema è che tre di loro hanno chiesto il controfiletto che era meno costoso, ma alla fine hanno portato filetto a tutti. Abbiamo terminato con un dolce ottimo e ci è stato offerto lo spumante. Il conto è stato adeguato e comunque onesto. Avrei potuto mettere 5 stelle, ma il ritardo eccessivo per i primi e il problema dei filetti serviti al posto dei controfiletti mi ha fatto protendere verso un giudizio piubbassoy Comunque nel complesso sono rimasto n soddisfatto.
21/09/2024: Sono tornata 2 volte in questo ristorante per quanto mi aveva colpito la qualità dei piatti e dei prodotti. Assolutamente da provare

01/03/2025: Wonderful restaurant with all of Italy in its splendor, from the aperitif, to the pasta, tiramisu, cappuccino, grappa, the smile, the beauty, and the kindness of the waitress Alice, as well as the waiter Segi. We are 2 steps from the Pantheon of restaurants.
