This is my favorite place. I love this inn. I've been going there for 20 years and it's always a pleasure. We've passed from Maurizio to his son Mirko, where he's managed to continue his father's work but has improved it. It's an explosion of pleasure from eating a simple fried dish, all homemade (and not frozen like you find these days), to a beef tartare with stracciatella and truffle, and it was nothing short of fantastic. A sliced steak that melted in your mouth. To finish, my favorite dessert, the donut with honey and cinnamon ice cream. I'll be back a million times.

Truly a very welcoming place....in the summer there are tables outside.....the food is good....the pizzas are super and the meat is fantastic....,...the waiters are very nice and friendly....

My boyfriend was born and raised in Puglia and wanted me to try typical local dishes. I have to say, every dish was truly excellent.
I recommend the mixed antipasto.

We ate divinely! Every dish was exceptional, the quality of the food was truly, truly top-notch. The meat was extraordinary: tender, flavorful, and carved right at the table by a waiter, with great precision and professionalism. The extra touch? They brought us a hot stone so we could cook the meat on the spot, however we liked. And every time it got cold, they immediately replaced it with a new, piping hot one. This attention to detail really makes a difference! The staff was incredibly kind, polite, and super-fast with their service. An impeccable experience in every way. We'll definitely be back!

This is an unassuming restaurant on the side of the highway but it is a must visit for an authentic experience. The decor is beautiful including the outdoor space that resembles a whimsical garden. The burrata and house appetizer were fantastic. At the end of the meal make sure to order the digestif liquors as they come in many flavours that I have not seen elsewhere.
