A truly delightful Italian dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was outstanding and our waiter was super helpful and accomodating!Georgio e' fantastico

A lovely osteria, just behind the Spanish Steps. Giorgio, a very kind waiter, welcomes you with typical Roman charm and makes you feel right at home. Everything is delicious. The artichokes alla giudia are spectacular. We'll definitely be back.

If you don't know where to eat in Rome, Osteria al 31 is always the best choice. Classic Roman cuisine, a huge and always successful selection of wine, attentive and caring staff. Thank you so much. P.S. Ossobuco - must have to try

We had lunch at this restaurant this afternoon. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm. The puntarelle and artichokes were superb, and the first courses were sublime. A special thanks to Giorgio for his kindness and friendliness.

19/08/2025: A truly enjoyable evening! The staff was extremely kind and professional. The table settings were elegant and meticulously crafted. I ordered the tartare with a glass of wine, expertly recommended by the waiter. Everything was simply perfect!
18/05/2025: A very pleasant experience for the palate that is surprised by a truly successful gourmet cuisine. Fish is the king of the restaurant and the chef knows how to treat it as such, enhancing its aromas and flavors. An experience to be repeated by associating the meal with the cocktail path (a different cocktail for each course).
