After touring Rome for the whole day I chose L'OSTERIA 31 for dinner. Friends and my daughters had recommended other restaurants to me but I have to tell the truth, the choice of OSTERIA 31 was quite the right one. I had a divine dinner, in addition to the delicious dishes, I found a very nice and clean place. A special applause to the boy who served us, if I remember correctly, Giorgio, a very polite and never intrusive person. A rating from 1 to 10, for me 9. A vote that must be an incentive to give more and more to customers and not to feel like they have arrived because 10 is just around the corner.

Vi har spist på AL 31 hver gang vi har besøgt Rom over de sidste 15 år og nu har Georgio og Co. har overtaget Al 31 fra Angelo, Mimmo og Umberto. Georgio bød os velkommen og vi fik bord ude denne skønne sommeraften i Rom. Først kom et lækkert udvalg af charcuterie og oste, lokale råvare naturligvis. Herefter fik vi spaghetti alle vongole og kylling med tilbehør, ren velsmag. Vinanbefalingen - Pinot Nero - var perfekt. Den søde afslutning blev lækker tiramisu og en sød overraskelse i dagens anledning. Det perfekte punktum blev en espresso og en amaro. De nye folk på AL31 gør det virkeligt godt. Skønt sted - prøv det når du er i Rom !.

This was the best place we ate at in Rome. The eggplant Parmesan was absolutely incredible! This is a MUST GO!! The atmosphere is special too!

02/11/2024: Unfortunately the quality has dropped over the years. I went to buy some mini montblancs but they were dry and it's the second time I've bought them to understand if the first time was a coincidence. Unfortunately, he is no longer the "Gabriele" he once was.
