Ho cenato in questo ristorante il giorno del mio compleanno 14-10-2024 insieme alla mia famiglia. È stata una festa organizzata a sorpresa e inizialmente da fuori il posto non mi aveva attirato particolarmente ma poi è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Dentro l’ambiente è elegante e curato nei dettagli, e si vede la ricerca negli abbinamenti proposti. La qualità inoltre è eccellente, basti pensare che il pane che portano al tavolo proviene da un panificio di stelle Michelin. La cameriera che ci ha servito è stata davvero gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. I piatti mi hanno proprio piacevolmente stupita: di qualità, abbondanti e ricercati. Se volete provare qualcosa di nuovo che soddisfi ogni tipo di richiesta e in un locale accogliente, fa al caso vostro. Chiaramente il prezzo totale non lo so dato che è stata una festa a sorpresa, ma a vedere i prezzi dal menu mi sembravano adatti. Ci ritornerò!

Excellent reception experience at dessert
The payment situation is terrible. Connection and/or problems with the Sumup service forced me to wait about 15 minutes. The person at the register handled the situation correctly, while a colleague alluded that it might be a problem with my payment cards, which after numerous attempts I know has proven to be untrue.
I advise the management to take better care of this part of the service by investing in more reliable technologies.

Always looking for new restaurants, I discovered Horteria in Mirano, a very welcoming place, intimate atmosphere, warm colored walls and vintage furnishings, the young and trained staff immediately puts you at ease with wide smiles and impeccable service and let's get to the cuisine... delicious dishes with particular combinations for those who love to delight the palate with flavors different from traditional cuisine. Absolutely recommended.

It won me over immediately due to the eclectic and soothing environment and then immediately afterwards due to the dishes we tasted. All very good, prepared with care and with top-notch ingredients. Friendly, competent and patient service in presenting
from time to time the chosen dishes and the paired wines. There is also a wide choice of packaged products that can also be purchased as a gift. Excellent experience, definitely to be repeated, to be able to taste the untried dishes on the menu.

I discovered this restaurant thanks to The Fork.
The place is cared for down to the smallest detail, the staff is friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive.
Let's now move on to the menu... a few proposals designed specifically to be tasty and refined. Just by reading the menu you understand the study behind each dish.
I opted for the beetroot hummus with sautéed vegetables and almond chips and I found it delicious.
And to end on a high note, I recommend you try one of their desserts; the price is a bit high for the quantity served, but the refinement perhaps compensates for the value.

A small place with a nice atmosphere.
We booked for two people for 8.30pm, when we arrived there weren't many people. At the entrance on the left we have tables dedicated to those having an aperitif while for eating there are tables on the right.
The menu is very simple, includes 4 starters, 4 first courses, 4 second courses and 3 desserts.
As a first course we had the grilled octopus salad and the rigatoni with court ragù, followed by the beef cheek and the slice of Icelandic cod.
The pasta was very good, cooked perfectly al dente and the wasabi sauce gave it that extra touch. The grilled octopus was tender but I didn't like the accompanying acidic sauce so much.
The second courses, however, aren't that great, especially the plating which left a little to be desired.
The beef cheek was a little dry, it would have been better if there had been a little more brown to accompany it, but the mashed potatoes with truffle were very good. The cod steak itself was very tender and tasty but the green sauce foam was not to our liking.
To finish we had a dessert, the chocolate brownie with salted caramel cream, peanuts and vanilla ice cream. The dessert presents itself very well and was also good. At first I expected the brownie to be at least a little warm, but instead it was served cold. Despite this it was still very good, not too sweet.
The staff is very professional, kind and competent.
To conclude I would like to say that the dishes in general are good, just a little more care in the second courses, since the eye also wants its part.

It is probably an excellent restaurant, with an elegant and clean environment, and even the restroom deserves praise for its refined style. However, it is best to avoid it for BREAKFAST: the coffee was a bit watery (it didn’t leave a mark on the cup), and my friend’s croissant seemed reheated from the day before (or even earlier) at a decidedly high price (€3.50) for a product that did not reflect the quality one would expect.
