With 3-year-olds, they force you to pay for appetizers... meaning you're throwing €9 away... The food was mediocre, low quality, and the waiters were incredibly rude, acting like we were bothering them with the little ones. There are a thousand better places...

A great concept, with a delicious and varied buffet, and very friendly service. Highly recommended! The non-alcoholic virgin colada is excellent, and the tiramisu is incredible.

For me is the best place in Milan for Happy hour, good food, good beer, cheap price, friendly staff. The prove Is, in almost 4 years, I never took a photo there, because I don't have time.

La Hora Feliz is a classic Milanese aperitivo spot. They offer a buffet option, with drinks included, but the cost isn't clear because drinks are around €13/€14, but when we paid, we ended up paying €14/€15/€16, depending on the drink. Perhaps they're taking into account the €1 service charge? I have no idea.
That said, the food was very good, hot (which isn't always a given at buffets), with plenty of variety, and even some sweet options. The drinks were balanced but not overwhelming. The XXXL option with liter-sized drinks is nice!
The service is a bit of a downside: some of the waiters don't speak Italian, and when we sat at a table outside, we had to wait a really long time for them to notice us and take our orders. The place was very busy, but the problem was that there were no waiters outside. Overall, a good experience, but there are other places I prefer with this option.

A very intimate atmosphere (from the "STAMME VICIN' VICIN'" series).
Generous self-service with varied and carefully prepared dishes.
The patience of the waiters, who move between the various tables and serve hot dishes, is admirable.
Avoid waste.
