Hong fu In Pavia

Looking for an Asian experience, we decided to try this restaurant. The place is nice, the staff are helpful, and the menu is varied and reasonably priced. The real issue with this place, which we were very disappointed about, was the long wait times, especially between courses (40 minutes between appetizers and first courses). For two appetizers, one first course, and one second course, we paid €17 each, a very reasonable price. Overall, a good place, but I probably wouldn't return due to the long wait.

What a wonderful discovery! We were passing through and decided to stop here for dinner. The food was truly exquisite and very unique, not the usual dishes found in many other Chinese restaurants, some of which we'd never tried before! The Hao Ke Lai rice was amazing! Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I tried this restaurant one evening for dinner. The staff were friendly and super helpful, the prices were fair for what they offer, and the food was good and plentiful. We ordered several appetizers, including spring rolls, steamed and grilled meat ravioli (honorable mention for the ravioli, which were truly delicious), a first course and a second course each, all for just €22 per person! Recommended.

My wife and I visited this restaurant on Monday evening for dinner, both of us craving Chinese food. Upon entry, we were greeted quickly and kindly; the menus were already on the table (which was much appreciated), and within minutes, a friendly waitress came to take our order. The prices were truly reasonable; we chose a bit of everything, and we were amazed by the quality: truly delicious and freshly prepared. From now on, it's our new go-to place, highly recommended!

Eight of us showed up and ordered after about ten minutes. Given that we ordered assorted appetizers, some first courses, and some second courses, we assumed the courses would arrive together. Instead, those who ordered second courses waited an hour before receiving their order. Regardless, the food was well-prepared, in just the right quantities, and delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the staff was courteous and friendly.

Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and very friendly staff. I've been going there for years; it's my go-to Chinese restaurant in Pavia!
