The most beautiful place in town! Every dish exudes originality and passion for their work! The menu is constantly updated with new options to ensure you have a unique experience every time! The staff is always friendly, and even when the place is busy, they do everything they can to accommodate you! I love trying the new options for brunch or lunch, and now all I have to do is try the newest addition: tagliatelle!!! I recommend this fantastic experience in a modern place, with innovative options and a fair price!

This place starts off strong: elegant, cozy, different, a little above-average... and it keeps its promise until the end, or almost. The setting is well-kept, warm, well-lit, and the atmosphere is inviting yet practical. The service is quick and professional, the portions generous, and the menu clearly speaks to a woke audience with an international bent—American, English, French, Italian (sorry if I forgot anyone, whether intentionally or accidentally). Woke, yes, but it works. The text on the paper napkin, the cover charge they bring you at the beginning—and which you often find on the bill at the end—has a clear message: this ain't no domaca cuisine. And that's fine, because here the experience is all about style, presentation, and sensation. The freshly squeezed juice? Big. No, really big. We're talking about volume. Fresh, sweet and tart, authentic, memorable. The coffee and latte? A testament to Trieste's DNA: made well, without compromise. And then... here comes the egg Benedict. One of the very few places in the Northern Adriatic where you can order it without the waiter raising an eyebrow. It arrives quickly, presenting itself like an '80s pop star: beautiful, colorful, a little pompous and extroverted, with all the layers on display and an oversized toasted sandwich as the stage. A dish that screams fusion from every angle. Up to this point—applause. But now, stop if you want to keep your good mood intact, because what follows isn't so good. A true Eggs Benedict cannot have: - eggs pre-cooked in advance, - cold (or rather, freezing) butter stuck on top instead of melted, - cold (or rather, very cold) sauce covering the hot eggs. - and above all, it cannot be served cold in any or all of its parts. The salmon is a safe bet; it always makes a good impression, hot or cold. But the rest... no. Form isn't enough: here, substance is needed. An Egg Benedict made like this in the United States will fly back to you—along with the dish. And if you serve it to an American, you risk your life. Guys, learn this dish not just from books or photos. Go eat it where it was born, or where they make it perfectly: study it, try it, experience it. Because everything else in this place is perfect, or almost perfect, really... but you can't cut corners on the culinary culture you're trying to reinterpret. I hope to find a real Egg Benedict in my photos, less flashy but genuine, just to show you the difference (you can find it in the photos). Anyway—I'll tell you honestly—bad reviews and insults against hard workers bother me more than the wrong Egg Benedict. This place and its workers deserve 5 stars. And maybe, in time, they'll make an excellent Egg Benedict too. I'll be back soon!

We often come to this bistro for lunch and always leave more than satisfied. The place is welcoming, with attention to detail and a youthful, vibrant atmosphere that truly allows you to unwind. The menu changes frequently, always offering fresh and well-prepared dishes: simple, well-made dishes, quality ingredients, and generous portions. The daily specials are also excellent, always featuring some interesting ideas.

One of my favorite places in Trieste. Everyone is kind and friendly; they're willing to modify any dish if there's something you don't like, and there's a wide selection of sweet and savory options (including vegetarian and vegan options)! Not to mention the cappuccinos in various versions! Worth it!
