20/09/2023: Locale piccolo ma molto accogliente; la signora Pinuccia e Andrea ti accolgono e ti fanno subito sentire a casa. Il menu è fisso e comprende 5 antipasti, un primo, un secondo e il dolce a un prezzo di 40 euro. Il pesce è fresco, i pasti sono preparati giornalmente, i dolci sono tutti fatti in casa. La qualità del cibo è eccellente; Pinuccia disponibile a spiegare i piatti. Chiusura con dolci sardi e liquori di produzione propria.

11/09/2023: Agriturismo Pinuccia offers the closest experience you will find to dining at home with a Sardinian family. The setting was a simple but attractive room in Cabras that was bright, open and lent itself well to the communal vibe what soon enveloped the diners. Most were Italian with a few 'foreigners' and as a result, it felt like a shared experience as the dishes followed the classical Italian order of courses. So, naturally, the pasta portion was too big for those of us non-Italians not equipped with the famous 'pasta stomach' but the owners graciously acceded to our request to reduce the portion size (it was still too much, of course). All courses eschewed the experimentation of haute cuisine and stayed close to the principles of cucina povera: high quality ingredients brought together with simplicity and the experience of many generations of the same family. The ray in tomato sauce was gorgeous. Despite the demands of a busy room and need to largely synchronise courses, the mother and son team did a fantastic job of keeping pace. Nonna didn't speak any English but still made the effort to check all was well from time to time and made everyone feel very welcome. Good wine and spirit selection and they change the menu every day. How could this not be perfection?
