The place is very nice: a real tavern created from a historic cellar, in short, it is not the usual "false antique" place. With my wife and some friends, we finally ate some excellent local dishes (soups, dumplings, roast meats and desserts)

The restaurant offers good food, served quickly, at fair prices. The staff is friendly and personable. The portions are medium, and there is a special working menu. The location is rustically furnished and invites you to linger. The large outdoor area is ideal, especially in summer - with a lawn, tables, benches and a playground for children. Traditional Törggelen is offered in the fall, making the restaurant a great destination at this time of year. Salad buffet included in the workers' menu.

You eat very, very, very well and you drink just as much. It is one of our favorite places when we come to Merano.....the cellar where the kindness and smiles from the owners is spectacular, it is something that is priceless! We will return as soon as possible

Very nice and well-kept farm. A little complicated to reach but still not too difficult. It presents a familiar environment, very welcoming and with the right seats. I recommend booking in advance. The food is good although on some particularities I would have preferred something more "local", for example the butter that is placed on the starter platter (a classic sterzing-vipiteno burino available in any supermarket, even in central Italy). Good cold cuts. The speck and cheese are excellent. The steak and the pork fillet (specials of the day) were excellent. A house cutting board, 2 second courses, 1 first course (pasta with tomato sauce), 1 portion of potato croquettes, a bottle of water, a bottle of Kerner and 3 desserts we spent €140. Maybe a little too high.

Bellissimo locale caratteristico, molto serio il personale che come siamo arrivati, in maniera molto corretta, ci ha fatto presente le mancanze giornaliere di due piatti scusandosi per il disagio, resta il fatto che gli altri piatti erano ottimi (filetto di cervo), tutto veramente molto buono, prezzi nella media di zona. Molto consigliato

Fantastic place, it feels like being in another era inside this farm. The visit alone is already worth it. The local food is of excellent quality and the service always brings a smile. Absolutely worth trying.

A very old farm, very well cared for and managed by very kind staff, the food is very good if you obviously like Tyrolean cuisine, I recommend the Tyrolean dish if you find it in the winter period, then the cold cuts and desserts are also good. A little complicated getting to the top but with a bit of dexterity is no problem. I recommend booking a very small car park.!! Advised? Absolutely yes!

We were here for Christmas with the family. It was just beautiful. Super delicious food, the portions were absolutely adjusted so that we could also enjoy the delicious dessert. The service was very loving and friendly, especially fond of children! We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back on our next vacation! Thank you very much, dear team, for this lovely Christmas dinner.

Very good steak! However, the deer was still almost raw :( But a rustic atmosphere in the old vault 👍
