The meat was very good. We also had a few side dishes and we really didn't like them. The service was very inconsistent - one waiter was quite awkward and rude. The receptionist was very nice.
The price-performance ratio was not entirely justified. The highlight was the chestnut soup.

A really very friendly team always looks after their guests. It starts with the call and continues throughout the evening. Quality of the food very good. Great wine selection. Since the restaurant is always busy, making a reservation in advance makes sense.

What an experience! Variety of tartare, carpaccio, excellent off-menu options. I then bought a 200g Canadian bison but I still had room for a 180g New Zealand one. Everyone is nice.

From a place mentioned in the Michelin guide I expected something more.
The meat selection is interesting.
As for the dishes chosen, given the quality of the raw materials, they all lacked a boost in flavor and consistency.
The plating and menu format need to be reviewed.
Friendly staff, although more detail would be needed in the explanation of the dish.

Wir haben eine Empfehlung für das Restaurant bekommen! Und es war einfach ein toller Abend und ein kulinarisches Erlebnis! Das Essen war einfach toll, Fleisch von bester Qualität, super gewürzt. Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Preis fair!Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen! Sollen wir wieder in Meran Urlaub machen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

We got a recommendation for the restaurant! And it was just a great evening and culinary experience! The food was simply great, meat of the best quality, very seasoned. The service was very attentive, friendly and accommodating! Price fair! I can only recommend! If we go on vacation to Merano again, we will definitely come back!
