Herbe is an excellent restaurant, the atmosphere is pleasant, the staff are courteous and professional. It proposes a vegetable cuisine in which the material is almost always completely transformed (read, cooked) rather than simply assembled as vegetable dishes are often proposed. It's impossible not to mention the cappelletti with vegetable cream which are a 10/10 with praise. Honorable mention for the "Fuà Grà" served with brioche which really won me over. I always come back for dinner willingly and the perception/hope is that from here we can still improve, refine and invent the cuisine into which, evidently, they place great attention and passion.

I went to this restaurant for a couple's dinner. What can I say, everything was perfect, a welcoming and well-kept environment, fast service and delicious food, to say the least. The only "criticism" I would like to make is that the portion of the flan is a bit small, especially when compared to tacos, even if the cost is the same. Slightly above average, but adequate for the quality of the raw materials used. I will definitely be back!

A really cute place. Delicious and tasty vegan dishes. The cappelletti (which we also purchased to cook at home) and the peanut semifreddo with chocolate and salted caramel are delicious

Io amo questo ristorante. Si mangia e si bevedavvero bene, il locale è delizioso e il servizio è impeccabile. Sono andata spesso con amici e familiari onnivori e ogni volta tutti sono rimasti stupiti dalla qualità e bontà del cibo. Da vegana sono davvero grata dell'esistenza di un posto così nella mia città.
