I'm omnitrue, but I like to experience new things so I decided to go to dinner with my girlfriend in this nice little place. Very intimate and welcoming place, there is a very nice atmosphere. The food is really really good, I was completely amazed by the revisited cacio e pepe, also excellent "sacred and profane". Highly recommended place for everyone, vegans and non-vegans. The only thing I didn't like was the tacos, overall it had an unbalanced taste and as far as I'm concerned not very pleasant.

Herbe is a must-see not only for those following a vegan diet, but for anyone who wants to try a unique and genuine gastronomic experience. A place that demonstrates how plant-based cuisine can be gourmet, surprising and satisfying. Absolutely recommended!

We had dinner on a Friday evening with a cashew pâté with Marsala, pumpkin and porcini risotto and a chickpea artichoke tempeh. I would like to point out some things that I didn't like, spartan environments, limited choice of wines and not very sparkling water bottled in the restaurant.

Vegetarian restaurant in the center of the city, nice place but, in my opinion, the lights are a little too dim. Excellent and elaborate dishes, I recommend tacos and cacio e pepe...We need more restaurants like this!! I don't give it 5 stars because there are small details and precautions that are found in other similar restaurants, for example the cover charge is €4 (includes microfiltered water) but an entree is missing, and the bread is "classic".

12/01/2025: It was a crazy experience in a very high level restaurant where the dishes made us travel through time, backwards and into the future. We celebrated my wife's and my birthdays and with us there was our little daughter who felt at ease thanks also to the friendliness of the staff. A little madness that I definitely recommend trying. Real compliments to the chef and staff.
13/12/2024: ...si regalata per il mio Compleanno da carissimi amici; ..si tutto molto molto bene dalla prenotazione ai saluti finali !! Menu "il cammino del Viandante" molto ben fatto e pure una modifica ci hanno permesso perché mia moglie l'anatra non la ama ! Comunque ha assaggiato la mia portatata ; Servizio gentile ed amichevole !! Dalla carta dei vini molto importante 1 bottiglia di Dolomytos molto interessante e prezzi dei vini tutto sommato morigerati; la nostra 120€ ma si può spendere molto di più ma anche molto meno ; Esperienza molto positiva a 360 gradi; ambienti ovviamente molto eleganti, anche all'esterno imponentela strutturaed elegante! ..ma la vera differenza in positivo lha fatta un simpatico ma professionale servizio (la Sign.ra Anna su tutti) ed alcune portate veramente top; su tutti i buonissimi piatti la guancetta con purè e tartufo voto 10; Carrello formaggi wow !! Servizio Dessert gelato con...wow !! Ovviamente Ristorante che stra-consigliamo; A presto Renato ed Elena

16/02/2025: Local mainly with fish dishes, excellent quality and excellent service. Quiet and classy location. I recommend the troccoli del faraglione and the octopus on potato cream. I'll be back.
02/02/2025: As always, excellent dinner and excellent service. The wine list is also excellent. A note to the property: the bathroom lock has been faulty for months and should be replaced. However, highly recommended!
