A wonderful experience. A well-kept place, delicious food, and courteous and professional table service. I recommend it to everyone, even non-vegans, because it's truly delicious and broadening your horizons is beneficial. We'll definitely be back. The cappelletti were amazing (as a Reggio Emilia native says). The Sacher torte was perfect.

We dined at this restaurant as a couple so we could share dishes. Everything was excellent, from appetizers to desserts. The staff was knowledgeable and available to explain and recommend the dishes. The bill was in line with the dishes and wine. The location was lovely and well-kept. The reservation management was excellent. I recommend it.

Locations wonderful, place well-kept clean and tidy in every little detail. Perfect service, efficient and above all very welcoming waiting staff. The food is of a very high standard, you can see and feel that there is a lot of work behind the preparation. I highly recommend the restaurant and I will definitely be back soon, I compliment all the staff at HERBE.

Vegan dishes that are very reminiscent of the original meat and dairy-based ones in taste, appearance and consistency: I appreciated the chef's mastery in this difficult task. A restaurant that is also appreciated by non-vegans for an evening dedicated to experimentation. My sister grumbled at the bill but, a notorious stingy person, so much so that she was nicknamed Ebenezer Scrooge, her judgment is not very satisfactory

This restaurant proves that vegan cuisine can be incredibly varied and full of flavor, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.
