Heaven Caffetteria In Siracusa

Nice and welcoming place, friendly and helpful staff. We were there for tea and hot chocolate, which I would define as good, but without excess. As well as the pastries that we had asked for to accompany our moment of refreshment, essential, although presented in a very elegant way. I had asked for cream, but it was not available. But I wouldn't go back, at least for a chocolate, perhaps to enjoy something else. To the owner: the photo as well as our view does not date back to today but from November 29th. In which the place was open.

I don't come very often but when my friends from England come they always want to come here and there must be a reason... 5 star rating

Heaven Cafetería is my favorite place, a true corner of paradise! Every time I come in, I feel at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the soft and comfortable sofas make you feel immediately at ease, almost as if you were in your own living room.

I have very happy memories of this place, as I was very alone when I first moved to Siracusa in 2019. It is very uplifting, kind and atmospheric and very soothing, a great place to write and have coffee.

Impeccable service. The girls at the counter are gorgeous and the coffee is excellent as is the rest of the menu. Highly recommended!
