31/12/2024: It's also 5 stars. Of course, it's different from the 5-star hotels in Seoul, but it's the best in Italy.
I stayed in the duplex type among the junior suites.

Welcome cookies and 2 bottles of water are provided on the first day. 👍
The bed was on the second floor, so it was a bit inconvenient to go back and forth, and the closet and bathroom were next to each other, so if you opened the two doors at the same time, they would collide, which was inconvenient. I think it would have been better if the bathroom door was made of a regular door rather than glass.
The sofa was spacious and comfortable.
There was wine for sale on display, but I didn't know if I could turn off the blue light, so I just went to sleep, which disturbed my sleep on the first day. The next day I found the button and turned it off.
Other than this, everything was clean and well maintained.
The bathroom is equipped with amenities such as shampoo, hair cleanser, body wash, and lotion, and the quality is good. Drainage was good and there was no sewer smell.
The room maintenance staff kindly checked in the evening to see if anything else was needed.

The staff are really friendly. Andrea was especially friendly when we had breakfast.

For two days, we just ate at the buffet, and on one day, we ate on a plate when we sat down.
There are grilled vegetables, chambella/cookies/cakes/breads, yogurt, juice, cheese, ham, etc., and omelettes and scrambles are made and brought to you upon request.

I parked on the roadside near the hotel, but there wasn't a lot of space. Still, if I waited, a seat became available.

It takes about 10 minutes to reach Ortigia Island. There's a Coupe nearby, so it's easy to shop, and there's a famous seafood restaurant, so it's nice to have a meal.
Next time I go to Syracuse I will definitely stay here.
However, at that time, I think I will use the 3rd floor rather than the duplex junior suite.
30/12/2024: Good location, new rooms, but no service. I can't say it's 5 stars, it's 3 stars.
