Havana Natural Food In Corridonia

Waiter/owner of an absurd rudeness, rude and annoyed at every little problem. Leave the place to the young people dear sir and stay to manage the place.

After having a look in the afternoon, I immediately made a reservation for the evening. The employee spoke little English but tried to speak to me politely and after the reservation he said that there would be someone who spoke English tonight, which was correct. The food was really tasty, but we both experienced that we could not eat or talk quietly because we were asked very quickly when we had empty plates if we wanted to have the next course. That was quite disturbing, which gave us the feeling of being served quickly, which was not really hospitable in our opinion. The young lady who spoke English was the one who really offered service compared to her male colleague with the long hair tied back.

I frequent this restaurant for lunch during the week, but it also works a lot in the evening and on weekends, also as a pizzeria. The cuisine is excellent! I haven't tried the pizza yet. The owners also own a farm and use their vegetables for the restaurant (for this, I believe, the claim "natural food"). The environment is pleasant, familiar but well-kept, clean, tidy. The staff is courteous and attentive. They also do fish, which is excellent too. And the desserts are spectacular, the sbrisolona and the ice cream on a stick are certainly worth trying.

The place needs a bit of renovation (in my opinion) but the quality/price ratio is excellent. Also perfect for a quick quality meal.

A lot of good will is sometimes not enough. Let's start from the positive (and not obvious) notes: very friendly, professional and fast staff (both in the kitchen and in the kitchen) and excellent raw materials. Points for improvement: if you don't have pizza for lunch, it must be said. If the menu changes, it must be said (I came specifically for the Vincisgrassi, I was left speechless). Finally, an environment stuck in the 70s. It wouldn't take much as the (lots of) good will is evident.

Locale nella zona industriale di Corridonia con ampio parcheggio. Il menù è vasto ed i prezzi sono competitivi però la qualità non è delle più eccelse. Infatti, il condomento della pizza era quasi inesistente. Da rivedere, perché va bene spendere di meno rispetto ad altri ristoranti, però bisogna pur mangiare qualcosa.
