The Hassler is a grand hotel. On the ground floor there are two restaurants. It is a medium-sized hotel. Definitely a hotel in a perfect location which I strongly suggest.

My Chihuahua Johann and I thoroughly enjoyed this youth hostel. They even warmed up size 2.527 non-slip socks for him in the microwave. He slips so easily on the oak parquet floor with his manicured nails when he brings me my aperitif on a tray. I wasn't so keen on the fact that the books in my suite weren't sorted by color, but I quickly had that taken care of. The porter clearly enjoyed himself when I threw peanuts at him while he was doing it. The view, however, was so-so. I couldn't see either the Eiffel Tower or the Sagrada Familia. Very disappointing. What ultimately convinced me to give it 5 stars without hesitation was that the German TV channels were arranged exactly as they are at home: 1 ARD, 2 ZDF, 3 Sat 1, 4 RTL, 5 Vox, 6 RTL 2, 7 Pro 7, 8 Beate Uhse TV. Wonderful! I'll be back soon, but this time not just for 20 days! Kisses, you little Romans!

The reputation of The Hassler is not exaggerated. We recently spent 2 days there. I won't repeat all the wonderful things people have said. I agree with them all. I want to give a shout out to Antonina at the reception. I became ill on the flight over to Rome. When we arrived at the hotel early in the morning, our room was not ready. Upon seeing my condition, Antonina did not hesitate to find us a hospitality room so I could rest. She walked us into the breakfast area and came back to escort us up to the hospitality room. After a long and difficult plane ride, what she did that morning saved me. Your kindness was greatly appreciated! I am so happy that you were there to help me. Thank you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hassler Roma. Everyone we encountered was welcoming and provided us with an exceptional experience. The view from the 7the floor terrace was incredible. The breakfast each morning was such delightful way to begin the day. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable and the location in Rome is perfect. We will look forward to returning.

Apparently this hotel was a favorite of Audrey Hepburn and she often stayed there, so as a fan I was looking forward to staying there. The hotel is located at the top of the Spanish Steps, with stunning views and convenient for sightseeing. All of the hotel staff always greeted me with a smile, and I could sense that service was attentive in every corner. The room was always kept clean, and I enjoyed my stay comfortably. The floral wallpaper was lovely! The bathroom was spacious and the bathtub was easy to use. The breakfast area had a lovely atmosphere where you could hear the birds chirping, and it could also be enjoyed as a bar in the evening. The staff's service there was also very polite and smiling, which left a very good impression. It's a truly wonderful hotel and I would definitely like to visit again!
