It's great to have these beautiful privately owned luxury hotels amount all the chains. This is absolutely one of the best in Rome. Location is unbeatable, rooms are beautiful and the service exceptional. Their breakfast and dining room have one of the best views of Rome you can imagine.

Insanely beautiful location in Rome (at the top of the Spanish Steps) and close to Via Condotti and Villa Borghese with park.

The location conditions are perfect. As expected, the staff and customer base are good. The interior of both the guest rooms and the hotel has a calm and chic feel rather than glittering, which will soothe your mood. The rooftop terrace seats are the most gorgeous in Rome. The world of panoramic paintings is expanding. Please note that the restaurant may not be open on some days of the week. The hotel has a calm atmosphere, a world away from the hustle and bustle of Plaza Espanya. This is my usual place to stay when visiting Rome.

Delightful spot for an apperitivo. Very attractive old school hotel bar with excellent drinks and service. Expensive but worth it.
