We went both for Christmas lunch with the family and for New Year's Eve dinner with friends. Unforgettable experiences: exceptional food, perfect service, and a unique location with a lake view.

From the moment we arrived at Harry’s Bar, my 91-year-old mother and I were welcomed so warmly that we immediately knew we had made the right choice. Jordano accompanied us every step of the way, listening attentively to my mother, asking her thoughtful questions, and showing genuine care and kindness. She was glowing. Our servers were discreet yet incredibly warm, helping us create a truly perfect afternoon lunch. The setting was elegant but comfortable, with beautiful quality tablecloths and excellent glassware. We enjoyed a lovely view of the piazza and the lake, which added to the sense of calm and occasion. The food was outstanding and of the highest quality. A detail that truly stood out was that the plates were heated, ensuring the food arrived warm and stayed that way—something that reflects real attention to excellence. This is, without question, the friendliest and most elegant staff I have encountered since moving to Italy. When friends visit, I will bring them to Harry’s Bar, knowing they will be well cared for and have a truly gorgeous moment.

We had dinner at Harry’s Bar to celebrate a birthday, and it was a lovely evening. The manager was very attentive, which made the experience feel extra special. We tried the veal Milanese, the sole, and the prawn curry — all were excellent. There was live music, the ambiance was warm and lively, and overall it was a great night.

I am not sure why Harry’s reviews aren’t much higher. We took an another couple here and we all agreed that it is a must try place in Lake Como. Our favorite dish was the White Truffle Pasta!! Also enjoyed all the dishes in the picture we shared. We will be coming back to try more dishes!

I didn’t try food but it smelled delicious. So I believe it must be tasty. I couldn’t decide which cocktail I wanted so they mixed between my 2 favorites, which was nice but turned out way too sweet. Still tasty though. The view is breathtaking!

Visited with a large group for dinner. Had several options to choose from in a 3 course meal - one vegetarian of each available (appetizer, main, desert). Was a little skeptical at first with the vegetarian dishes especially two with tomatoes but at first taste, I was blown away! Mozzarella and Roma/cherries as well as the tomato pasta sauce each tasted so fresh, unique and divine! Loved everything about the meal.

Such a wonderful location. The atmosphere here on a Summers evening is superb!

Excellent restaurant in a beautiful location with good food and incredible service, we had our two young daughter is with us and it was everything you hear about classic Italian service, all the servers were so great with our girls. Highly recommended!!
