Excellent service from Arthur! I came with a friend for her birthday (she got a free 212 burger). The fries were very good. The veggie burger was rather bland; it needed a sauce.

The service is very good and pleasant. Especially Arthur, who gave us welcoming and a friendly service. Best service we had in Milano. Five stars to the service!
The food on the other hand was so so..
Fries were good, the burger patty was of a grey color and of a strange texture.. 2 stars.

We stopped by for lunch with two adults and a two-year-old.
Excellent quality, really good food, and generous portions.
The staff was attentive, professional, friendly, and empathetic.
The place is perfectly suited to the needs of parents with children.
The price was absolutely in line with the area, service, and quality.

The food is delicious, we are happy, it is the first time we eat at Hamerica's, and it really surprised us with its taste and also with the Nutella Cheesecake, the only flaw, even if it is our fault, is that we did not book for the evening, however, after they put us at a shared table with other people, saying that everything was booked, however a table for two people that was empty from the beginning and remained empty until we left.

As a regular visitor to the US and Canada, I have very high standards. Sure, they're not that big, but overall, they're filling and really well-made with the right ingredients and the right proportions. Lots of deals this week.

I would like to thank the young waitress from last night (November 22, 2025). I had booked a table for 9:00 PM. A young woman served us, very kind, friendly, and helpful. I wanted to thank her for putting away my backpack, which I forgot; I found everything. The food, the place, and the staff were excellent. All my respect.

Amazing restaurant, one of the best non-italian food you are going to find!!
I went in my birthday and they gave me a free burger because of it (of course they check your ID and the date). Artur was very kind to us and very friendly, excellent customer service!. They have great options and at a reasonable price. Def worth it if you want something else, a break from italian food

The burgers were amazing, full of flavor and a good size 🍔. I went with a friend who was celebrating his birthday and they gave him a free burger, a really thoughtful touch. The best thing about the place was definitely the service; Artur served us and it was a 10/10. Highly recommended 👏🏻
