Hamerica's In Padova

Evening with friends, we saw the free "dessert" promo and decided to check it out. The sandwiches were good, but the sides were a bit small considering the price... "dessert/cake" in quotation marks because it's not a dessert. Okay, it's free... but aside from the 1.5cm slice, the taste was awful, as they were as dry as stale bread... dry cream... and I'll stop there. If you're "giving" something away, make sure it's not something like that. The wait staff was cold, as was the rest of the place. 4 stars for giving them room for improvement... let's hope! PS: Change those sauce holders!! They're rusty!!!!

Almost an American dream — but with Italian subtitles I walked in just before closing time, hoping for a small nightcap of experience to end a beautiful day. The place looks like an American diner — Elvis on the wall, US license plates, neon light… the whole cultural export package. I asked for a burger. Silence. I repeated burger. More silence. Then the waiter lit up: “Ah, BURGER!” Breakthrough. I was asked to move 20 meters to a more appropriate table (apparently the first one offended someone’s geometry). I ordered a Blue Cheese Burger + Corona. The Corona arrived quickly. The No-Cheese burger a bit later. Close enough, I suppose — dairy intolerance by divine intervention. I asked for salt. Non comprendere. I wrote NaCl on paper. Still non comprendere. Chemistry fails again. To their credit, they listened politely when I explained the situation, and apologized kindly. Staff is friendly — once communication leaves Earth orbit and returns. Food: fine. Service: unforgettable. Experience: pricelessly chaotic.

I must say the service was good, even fixing a mess that started in the kitchen, which was even cleared up at the final bill. Very appreciable. The burgers were really good. The ribs were inedible, I've never had a worse version.

The dinner was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly kind, even though it was a Saturday night and it was packed. They were incredibly kind! Thank you!

My experience at Hamerica's was mixed. As soon as we entered, we were immediately struck by the ultra-American and innovative atmosphere. It was undoubtedly spacious and welcoming. The waitresses' smiles made us feel at home; their service was magnificent, very friendly, and eager to work. Truly an example. The atmosphere is clean, even the bathrooms are well-maintained. We ordered (see photo) the blue cheese special burger and the Carolina's ribs plate. The sandwich tasted very good (4/5), you could taste the green cheese and it was amazing. For the side, we had fries with blue cheese and BBQ: they were also good. The only problem was that the sandwich was small (it was gone in four bites, so we added one of the two rib sticks). The ribs were plentiful but full of juniper, which personally was too spicy and made the dish inedible (I only managed to eat two). But the cooking was just right, the meat was tender (it fell off the bone easily), and the potatoes were devastating (crispy, not sticky. As they should be; it's hard to find them this good lately). Then we had a Coke, a water, a coffee (neither praise nor infamy), and an Oreo cheesecake (see photo). The cook decorated my plate; I love her. The cake was delicious and super American-style (a CHEESEcake in name and in fact, it tasted so much like cheese. It's a matter of taste, but I liked it with the cream added). Overall, we had a lovely evening. We'll definitely be back.

Impeccable menu. The burgers are generous and very good. The appetizers, fried foods, and entrees are all tasty and generous in portions. The atmosphere is refined and quaint, and the staff is knowledgeable. I know when I come here to eat, I can't go wrong.

A nice place with a wide selection of burgers. Excellent quality ingredients and fast, friendly service in a casual, youthful atmosphere, not far from the historic center. Fairly priced.

Quick Sunday lunch. Excellent service, both friendly and efficient. The food is more than good for the type of food. We chose two smashed burgers and Thai-style rice with chicken. The price was reasonable.
