An experience absolutely worth repeating, after finishing work late in the area we stopped here with a colleague for dinner. They know their stuff when it comes to BBQ and maintain "lighter" flavors for all palates, but if you are passionate and book in advance with some friends you can ask for extra attention to the dish you would like to eat! We will definitely see each other again.

Great discovery, simple place but furnished in American style! Owner Nicola super prepared and ready to give the best advice as well as immediately asking for feedback (which was much appreciated). Exquisite meat, spiced just right and excellent cooking all accompanied by two excellent beers... and at the end a delicious revisited cheesecake! We will definitely be back!!

NEVER EATEN A PULLED PORK LIKE THIS! I arrived at 7pm during the week and was already able to have dinner. Great choice of dishes. A nice hot, tasty Pulled Pork arrived (it was already excellent even without sauces!), accompanied by excellent french fries and a salad that was really good! Top! We have to go back to try all the other specialties!

We've been planning to visit this restaurant for months but it's half an hour away from where we live. Finally got to go this time and glad we did. I'd like to point out that you might want to reserve a table at 7pm (1900) because they have limited tables and they fill up quick. We originally came for the brisket since it's been a long while since we haven't had some. I ordered the meat sampler that came with pulled pork, wings, ribs and brisket. (Came with baked beans, coleslaw, potato salad and fries.) Order came in very fast and the staff and the owner were very friendly. He wanted me to write a review and to be very honest about it. I told Nic how it was and he was very welcoming when it comes to criticism. Wings and the ribs are good. I have no complains about them. The brisket thou, it's a bit over cooked/smoked. But to be fair, briskets are hard to perfect and the meat is a little hard to find in Italy. Let alone make a perfect brisket. So if you come for a brisket, don't expect a Texas style brisket. But it's good enough to have a little taste of American BBQ Have not tried the pulled pork and had it to go. Out of all the sides, the potato salad was good. Baked beans is a little dry but it'll do. Coleslaw and fries are OK. Overall, it was a nice experience and will surely go back again when I have time. Thanks Nic for a very warm welcome and great service! We will see you again! 🙏

Loved this place! American style BBQ done right! The owner went to the States to learn how to make it… felt at home! 💗 We had the platter and loved everything. The brisket is full of flavor, and not dry. Well done!🙌
