One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Excellent meat, and the seasoning was a real discovery. There is really no comparison with the burgers of the well-known chains or other places in Foligno that we have tried with much higher prices than this one. Optimal. The only flaw is the service is a little slow, perhaps an extra hand in the kitchen could be used.

Very nice and well-kept place. You can eat quickly (and well) and they have a good assortment of beers. Excellent service. The environment can be improved when they set up outdoors.

It's not all PERFECT about food, but it's one of the best pubs I've ever been to. The music rocks, the staff is very kind and the beers are delicious. They also have tons of vegetarian options and even some vegan ones, unlike all those dirty places where they never do anything without meat. TOP 🔝

I went for the first time and I was satisfied. Excellent burgers and vegetarian choices too. The french fries are very good, I recommend them. Great prices and excellent quality.

Excellent pub for an evening with friends. Excellent food, good beer, pleasant and fast service. Internal tables and external veranda. Must try, you won't be disappointed

17/01/2025: They suggested calabrian red wine which was too good. Food was amazing.
15/01/2025: The tavern is located in an Umbrian village between Perugia and Corciano. Definitely not a tourist place but for lovers of good food who know how to appreciate and enjoy it in its various nuances. The service is excellent, of a classy restaurant and with constant attention to the customer. The quality of the food and the refinement of the dishes are excellent. Highly recommended.

20/01/2025: When I'm on holiday, I like to try a different restaurant every evening. I willingly derogated from this rule in Spoleto, choosing C'era una volta l'osteria for two evenings in a row. The welcoming and familiar atmosphere of the owners certainly contributed a lot. Mrs. Rita is an exquisite host! Don't miss the strengozzi with broad beans, bacon and pecorino! In addition to the house platter, the braised meat, and last but not least the legendary "porcona", breaded and oven-baked pork chop with potatoes. Unmissable for the grand finale is the "cresonda", a typical Spoleto dessert. Highly recommended
