Haiku In Palermo

Great place to eat vegan. Apparently simple but well-studied and tasty dishes. Friendly staff. The only flaw is the fairly high price, but for a special dinner once in a while it's fine.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. We came from Paris to celebrate our daughter's 18th birthday in Palermo. We ordered food and two birthday cakes which were delivered to the boat directly by the owner. Everything was amazing! The service, the food, the kindness of the owners, everything! Everything was done with great care. The strawberry cake was delicious!. I would also like to point out that for such quality of service the price remained very affordable. I highly recommend this place and hope to have the chance to return.

I went for a quick lunch, I was in Palermo on a trip and it was a discovery. Pasta with super umami courgette cream and exceptional hazelnut tiramisu. I hope to return 🥰

Best vegan restaurant in Palermo! Very nice atmosphere, staff are friendly, and portion sizes are great. We had the paella and the busiate pasta and they were both incredible. A good range of desserts too. Away from the main streets and a bit of a walk from the centre of palermo but definitely worth it.

We had dinner and it was very nice! I had Norma pasta with vegan cheese ( which was good ), parmigiana ( also good ) and the millefoglie for dessert which I loved!
