Haiku In Palermo

It was a bit fancier than expected, but not uncomfortable-fancy. The waitress was super nice and the food was extremely delicious. I accidentally ordered pasta with broccoli which I usually don't even like but it was crazy tasty! 💚 Also the pistacchio tiramisu is an absolute must!

Beautiful cozy and elegant vegan restaurant in Palermo. I had a lovely dinner. Ordered the Sicilian Spaghetti and a wonderful wine. Only but is the service, it seemed very unexperienced...

Vegan Excellence: An Experience for Everyone! My partner and I discovered Haiku last night, and the only word we can say is: perfect. Surprising Flavors: Everything was absolutely delicious. What struck us most was that even if you're not vegan, you eat divinely. The flavors are so balanced and delicious that they're a hit with everyone, regardless of their eating habits. Qualified Staff: The staff is highly trained and professional, able to explain each dish and put guests at ease with extreme kindness. Everything is taken care of, from the welcome to the presentation of the dishes. In short: a wonderful discovery. If you're looking for top-notch vegan cuisine that everyone can enjoy, Haiku is the place. A well-deserved 5 stars!

I came here because a friend of mine is vegan and celiac, so I was looking for a suitable place. My expectations were met. It was a truly enjoyable evening. The dishes were all delicious, and I was even surprised by some things, given that it was my first experience at a completely vegan restaurant. We sampled a variety of dishes, and with a rosé, everything was top-notch. The maitre d' was very kind and dedicated, and the owner was very courteous and available to discuss ideas. One of three restaurants currently in Palermo that caters to vegans and non-vegans.

We went on August 20th for lunch. First of all, it's nice to see a bit of open-mindedness in Palermo. It's not a given to find a vegan-only restaurant in the South, so its very existence is noteworthy. But the food was also delicious. I had the vegetable fritters, tagliatelle, and pepper rolls. My girlfriend had the meatballs with tomato sauce and the vegan eggplant parmigiana. What surprised us most was the mixed salad. A flavorful dressing and a generous portion that stands out from the usual bland salads. Everything was truly delicious, even the excellent desserts. Approved and highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat or try a lunch without animal products. One thing's for sure: you'll be full!
