I visited this restaurant with high expectations, and I must say the food was indeed good: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and meticulous presentation. The service, at least initially, was also quite prompt.
Unfortunately, however, the prices are decidedly high for what's on offer, and this significantly impacted the overall experience.
The most negative aspect was the bill: the owner was unprofessional, and we were charged for a glass of wine we hadn't ordered. An unpleasant situation that left a bad impression of the evening.
In short, the food was good, but the prices were high, and customer service could be improved.

Fantastic dinner at this restaurant! We ordered a set menu and were absolutely delighted with the dishes. Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. The meat was excellent, as was the wine. The presentation was lovely, and the staff was friendly. In short, it was a truly wonderful experience. Don't hesitate to go if you're in town.

We booked based on the reviews, and they didn't disappoint! The quality of the meat is excellent, but what really made us appreciate the place was the friendliness of the staff. We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner and complimented him on the way he recommended and literally explained the dishes to us—that's something not everyone can do! Many compliments!

Guyot is research, study, passion, professionalism, but above all, it's home.
The dishes are marvelous, beautiful to look at but even more amazing in flavor. Simple, direct, they're flavors that strike straight into your head, reminding you of true dining, true cuisine, and on your palate because they're truly excellent.
The meat is objectively of the highest quality; there's truly no substitute for it. You have to be honest and recognize the incredible quality of the raw materials and the mastery with which they're prepared.
A vast variety of meats; for lovers, it's truly a jewel of a jewel: special cuts, premium cuts; even just watching what they prepare is a delight.
The location is elegant, carefully decorated, and everything is simply perfect, from the colors to the furnishings.
But the most important thing of all, in my opinion, is that in a world where everything is technology, everything is written, everything is cold and inanimate, Antonio makes you feel pampered from start to finish, he makes you feel the warmth, the attention, and the passion he has for what he does. He is attentive to everything without ever being intrusive, and it's truly a pleasure to watch him move around his home, where he makes you feel not like a customer but like a guest, and it's a wonderful feeling to still feel today.
Guyot is simply sublime.
Congratulations to the entire staff, because they welcome you into their home like one big family and everyone works together to ensure everything is perfect.

The seating is limited, but that's a plus because it makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly, creating an immediate pleasant atmosphere, and knowledgeable, offering targeted advice. The products and their craftsmanship deserve top marks. Highly recommended, go there.
