Good place to enjoy meat dishes. The staff were friendly.

We dined at this restaurant this evening, but I couldn't wait any longer to leave my review. When we arrived, we were greeted by exceptional staff. Knowledgeable, competent, but also super kind and approachable. We completely trusted them and couldn't have made a better choice. We chose one of the available menus and received appetizers including frisée, vitello tonnato, meatballs, pulled pork, and a selection of cured meats and cheeses. The main course was entrecote with sweeter cuts. I can't find a dish we didn't enjoy. The meat was AMAZING. The super Federica served us: helpful, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Special praise goes to the staff: the waiters were super friendly, kind, and always ready to accommodate our every request with a smile. We felt pampered from start to finish. The restaurant is refined and elegant, with attention to every detail and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The table service was impeccable, fast, and professional. We will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-end dining experience.

Great experience. Last night we were able to have an excellent dinner, with top quality products starting from the meat and ending with the oil. Classy service, with super helpful, polite and prepared waiters. Excellent value for money, we spent about 30 euros each, more than adequate based on what we ate and drank. Personal and impartial advice: tacos with pulled pork. Truly sublime. I will return.

The place is refined but welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that combines the charm of a real wine bar with the care of a modern and quality bistro. Our journey began with a selection of raw meat, presented impeccably and accompanied by balanced condiments, capable of enhancing the quality of the raw material without ever covering its authentic flavors. Next, we opted for meat cooked on a cast iron plate, a real treat for those who love meat and also want to enjoy the experience of the moment: the meat arrives lightly seared and cut, ready to be cooked directly at the table, on the hot cast iron. An engaging and convivial solution, with top-quality meats, tasty and tender. We chose a wine by Elena Walch, proposed by the staff with skill and passion, the pairing was perfect. We couldn't finish without tasting the desserts, which at Guyot represent an irresistible final treat. Great classics like tiramisu or profiterole made impeccably with quality ingredients and a care in preparation that is perceived at the first taste. Tradition yes, but done with a sure hand and contemporary taste. The Guyot staff was truly friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and never intrusive. Every recommendation, from the cuisine to the wines, was precise and punctual, always with a smile and a touch of passion that makes the environment even more pleasant. Guyot is much more than a simple wine shop or a bistro. It is a place where the quality of the food, the excellence in the selection of wines and the impeccable service come together to create an experience to remember. Perfect for a dinner for two, but also for anyone who loves good wine, quality meat and the pleasure of feeling truly welcomed. Absolutely recommended. We will be back soon!

We went to Guyot to try the new menus offered in three different formulas... pleasantly surprised by everything... the cuts of meat first and foremost but also all the side dishes and desserts... even the recommended wine 🔝... excellent service.

È la prima volta che un cameriere ci chiede subito se abbiamo allergie: un gesto semplice ma che dimostra grande attenzione verso il cliente. Abbiamo ordinato il *vitello tonnato*, davvero squisito, tenero e ben presentato. A seguire, un *panino con carne di scottona della Valle d’Itria*, molto gustoso, anche se a mio parere un po’ piccolo. Abbiamo poi provato la *tagliata da 300 g*, consigliata dal cameriere, servita su pietra bollente: carne eccellente, morbida e saporita, con la possibilità di gestire la cottura a piacere. Locale ideale per chi ama la carne. Il servizio è stato cortese, la *mise en place curata* e lo *sconto TheFork del 30%* è stato correttamente applicato. Un piccolo suggerimento al ristoratore: valutare panini leggermente più grandi. Per il resto, davvero complimenti!

"A real gem for meat lovers! Despite the cool and windy May evening, we were warmly welcomed and enjoyed some excellent appetizers outside while waiting for a table inside. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Once we were seated inside, we enjoyed excellent quality meat. The most pleasant surprise was the generosity of the house who offered us a delicious mixed grill plate. A gesture that made our experience even more special. Highly recommended!"
