Absolutely excellent experience. A small but welcoming and well-organised place, the wall of wines is a particularly suitable gem for the place. The meat/cut is delicious and the other dishes are equally good. We did a tasting itinerary and also had a good wine pairing.

The place is very particular and characteristic, upon entering you can already notice the quality and variety of wines. The food was fantastic, both starters and meat excellent and of high quality. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Came for dinner, left with an experience (and a full stomach) we come to Puglia from Australia, we appreciate good food, especially when it’s made by locals that are clearly passionate about what they do and this place is no exception. The Japanese wagyu was incredible, the best steak we have ever eaten. Simple starters were packed with flavour and finished off with a fluffy tiramisu and sorbeti. Our server was understanding of our lack of English and was thorough and patient in making sure we understood what we were ordering and that we had enough food, and was easily available when we wanted more drinks. These are the experiences we appreciate so much we don’t even care what the cost is. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect experience. Yesterday Sunday for lunch we ate one of the best gastronomic journeys of recent years. I can only recommend this place, both for the excellent food and the polite and professional service. We will definitely be back ❤️

Small but welcoming place, very friendly staff. The tasting menu was a crescendo, the various types of meat really satisfied me and the Argentine Angus rib eye was spectacular and cooked perfectly. Lunch concluded with one of the best tiramisu I have ever eaten

Parto dal presupposto che il personale è stato di una gentilezza indescrivibile, sia in fase di prenotazione che durante il servizio. Abbiamo frequentato il posto durante il pranzo pasquale, e ci siamo ritrovati in un autentico percorso benessere! Portate di una delicatezza e di una qualità sopraffina, a partire dall'eccellente selezione di salumi (la mia ragazza, che non mangia tendenzialmente latticini e derivati, si è finalmente "riconvertita"), al primo, fino ad arrivare al dolce, superbo negli abbinamenti. Per non parlare dell'elevatissima qualità della carne, servita ad una cottura perfetta. Il tutto, ad un prezzo decisamente accessibile e per niente alto. Anzi, il rapporto qualità/prezzo tende decisamente verso il primo. Una fantastica esperienza. Ci torneremo sicuramente, e anche con maggior frequenza!

I start from the assumption that the staff was indescribably kind, both during the booking phase and during the service. We frequented the place during Easter lunch, and found ourselves on an authentic wellness journey! Served with delicacy and supreme quality, starting from the excellent selection of cured meats (my girlfriend, who doesn't tend to eat dairy products and derivatives, has finally "reconverted"), to the first course, up to the dessert, superb in pairings. Not to mention the very high quality of the meat, served perfectly cooked. All at a decidedly accessible and not at all high price. Indeed, the quality/price ratio definitely tends towards the former. A fantastic experience. We will definitely be back, and even more frequently!
