I've been looking for a pastry shop like this all my life. An entire section with all the classic specialties in dairy-free, gluten-free, and some egg-free versions! Incredible. Cream puffs, cookies, tartlets, and cannoli, all lactose-free and gluten-free. Hard to find! Delicious and incredibly fresh. It should be reproduced identically everywhere on the planet! Of course, there's also the classic section with the standard ingredients.

When you want a gluten-free breakfast with all the trimmings... well, Gusto Libero is the place for you. Delicious croissants and excellent coffee. They have a lot of selection. Super good pastries. Recommended.

It's a reassurance to know there's a place like this where you can buy gluten-free products. I'm not giving it five stars only because I wish there were more explicitly vegan products, meaning no animal derivatives of any kind. That would be wonderful! Anyway, congratulations!

This morning I went to your pastry shop to taste the new normal products that you offer alongside the gluten-free ones. I tasted a very flaky, buttery croissant with just the right amount of sweetness, an excellent mignon too with well-balanced flavours that all stood out on the palate. Well done, well done, congratulations.
