Carbonara with ... speck or some sort of smoked ham ... 3 years ago i branded this place as the best place to eat carbonara ... this year i was embarrased in front of my friends ... they should be arrested for this atrocity , guanciale is not optional...

Pleasant environment, quality food, the only flaw was the waiter who served us, clearly annoyed, at our request, rolling his eyes and muttering unpleasantly, thinking that we didn't understand what he had just said.
Non-existent delicacy in placing things on our table, on the contrary it was done with a lot of agitation.
Too bad, the discontent of the dining room staff creates discomfort for customers, ruining the culinary experience.
A dinner SHOULD NOT turn into a moment of venting on the part of those providing the service.

Nice location, somewhat "fast" service, normal portions, good pasta yes but a little raw, as a chef that I am, an extra minute and a half of cooking would have been appreciated, the waiter who served us (the older one) it was a bit unpleasant, he threw the ashtrays on the table and also the oil... finally I repeat very nice location, the cooking of the pasta could be improved, don't take it personally but that's how it is. They make a lot of covers, yes, but the pasta must be cooked well, serve it at least al dente....it doesn't take much.....👋

For us it is a fixed stop when we go to Naples. There is no timetable for excellent pizza and more. Friendly and efficient service.

Scialatielli alle vongole e pasta e patate e provola davvero eccellenti. Location impareggiabile, a febbraio pranzare in maniche di camicia sotto il sole e davanti al mare di Napoli, non ha prezzo.
