Adjacent to the fabulous property, expertly renovated, elegantly, and refinedly. The atmosphere is charming and relaxing. The rooms are spotless and the attention to detail is remarkable. You can immediately tell that both the property and the restaurant are run by people who strive to offer excellent service every day. The entire staff was incredibly helpful, prompt, and attentive to our every need. Their commitment to enhancing the property and the restaurant's top-notch offerings helped make our stay enchanting. The service is fast and friendly; they don't take reservations, but you only have to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available. The lentil soup is very good, made with high-quality lentils. Unfortunately, they only have outdoor seating; in the winter, it's heated by lamps, but even so, you'll have to wear a coat because it's cold.

The service and atmosphere were both very nice, and the staff was friendly. However, we were disappointed with the portion sizes compared to the price. The meat dish in the photo was served like this before we even took a bite. We ordered one bottle of water, two pasta dishes, and this meat plate.

We ate here after a long visit to Spello. We asked for a table (outside) and were promptly given one. It was initially in the sun, but then they provided us with blankets. Good service, good food, fair price.

Extremely friendly, impeccable service, and top-quality ingredients. The suckling pig was excellent, but especially the snails... far from a Michelin-starred restaurant, superb and already shelled! We'll be back.

We had dinner last night at this truly special place, where the girls who served us made you feel at home—friendly, attentive, and incredibly charming. We didn't have to wait for a table, and only a few minutes for service. It was a delicious dinner, with crostini, lentil soup (exceptional), snails, and a Chianina beef carpaccio that melted in your mouth. The dishes were of excellent quality and beautifully presented. We were accompanied by excellent wines, sparkling wines, and an excellent local red whose name, unfortunately, I don't remember, and a passito at the end of the dinner that warmed my heart. I wish I had a place like this close to home; dining with such friendliness is rare. Thank you girls, you made us have a wonderful evening. Best of luck with your life 💙💚

Delightful staff and incredible food with very reasonable pricing. The perfect place for a long lunch or dinner.

Spello is a jewel of narrow streets and flowers, and this place is a real gem right in the center. Everything was impeccable: the platter was superb, the wine excellent, the service friendly and cheerful, and especially the snails and tiramisu, you absolutely won us over! Highly recommended for a fantastic lunch!

We had a wonderful lunch! A lovely spot in the shade. A fantastic bottle of Assisi white wine (only €14), bottled in Spello. Bruschetta and melon with ham (3 large pieces) started. Fresh lasagna and pasta of the day with large mushrooms followed by tiramisu for dessert. We also had coffee and tea to finish. With water and bread, we only paid €78. A great spot in a very pretty village.
