We had lunch in this place as soon as we arrived in Spello and found the staff very kind and helpful.

Wow had a really nice lunch here at!
The cheese board was very generous and very tasty!
My wife and I had the lasagne and wow we were not disappointed! Our friend had the gnocchi and she thought it was really nice😊
The beer and the wine went well with the food pairing.
Service was Absolutely very good and we will be back for sure!

Outdoor restaurant in the center of Spello, good dishes and given the area the prices are slightly high, in the area the prices are these so finding a place with slightly lower prices remains more difficult, however the food was good and the staff were friendly, shame about the portion of ravioli only 5 considering the prices.
We had 2 first courses, a tiramisu and a bottle of water at a cost of 40 Euros, at other restaurants in Umbria in high villages I spent less and had LARGER portions.
I reply by saying that it is true the prices are displayed and for the price I expected LARGER portions, 3 stars are for the good food, the kindness, if it had been a more generous portion for the price I would have given 5 stars.

Welcoming place at 360 degrees. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. For each course they explained preparation and origin to us. We ate outside protected by an umbrella, blankets and mushrooms. Water and snow are irrelevant, given the atmosphere. Quality raw materials, excellent choice of wines and beers... top! Thank you. I will keep a nice memory and maybe... we will return if we come on holiday. I recommend it to everyone, young and old.

We wanted an A-typical restaurant and we found it at Gustò bistro 💚
Great food, great staff and great place.
It will be difficult for us to return... we love traveling and changing... but if we have to, we will definitely return 🇮🇹

Tavoli all'aperto, servizio rapido e sempre attento, provato soltanto per un aperitivo ma generoso il piatto dei formaggi ed ottimo il grechetto consigliato dal gentilissimo proprietario. Invitanti i piatti della tradizione serviti ai tavoli circostanti che strappano la promessa di un ritorno per un pranzo od una cena.
