We only had a small lunch, but the ham and salami platter with Umbrian specialties and the Cabrese were delicious, the service was friendly and attentive, the bread was great, as was the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. What the neighboring tables had ordered also looked really tasty, we can recommend this friendly restaurant!

Bistro in a central and very nice location. They serve typical food. We had a simple lunch of platter, bruschetta and testo cake and we liked them.
The staff was a bit absent and hasty, perhaps also due to the large crowds.
Overall I recommend it, especially for those who want a quicker and simpler lunch.

A pleasant discovery in beautiful Spello. Cozy place, very friendly and professional staff. The tastings of cured meats and cheeses are excellent and plentiful. The homemade maltagliati with wild boar ragout are truly delicious. Wide choice of wines and craft beers. Excellent value for money.

Alle 12 stavano aprendo e ispirandoci menu e prezzo abbiamo deciso di fermarci. Scelta giusta visto anche la coda in attesa quando tiri i tavoli erano pieni. Bruschette, tagliere salumi e formaggi tipici con miele e marmellata e torta al testo: tutto davvero buonissimo.
Un buon calice di Montefalco Rosso e ancora uno strangozzo al tartufo in due. Prezzo onesto e cibo buono. Consigliato!

During a 4-week stay in Spello, Gusto Bistrot became a go-to destination. Our favorite dishes included their polpette (meatballs), lasagna, and beef carpaccio. But be sure to ask about their daily specials. In April, we loved their pasta with favs beans, guanciale and pecorino. Service was warm, attentive and professional.

A small bistro in the heart of Spello that struck me while walking through the streets, just a few tables outdoors among wonderful flowers. Beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. What can I say... we ate better than in many restaurants! Very kind staff from the owners to the kids, excellent quality raw materials, a few well-prepared dishes just the way I like it. Everything was excellent from starters to desserts, delicious soups, delicious truffle strangozzi and super homemade Chianina meatballs with sauce. We spent a wonderful evening not at all worried about being outside even though we were with a little girl, blankets and heating lamps. We almost regret having to leave again so we can't go back! See you next time for sure!

L'istinto ci ha portato in questo locale e non ci siamo pentiti affatto.
Menù con una scelta giusta per numero di portate , materie prime di livello ottimi i vini.
Accoglienza e ospitalità non comune.
