Super positive experience in this delightful place. A team of young people who run a very nice place. The first courses are sublime, especially the truffle gnocchi, the mixed platter of regional cheeses and cured meats, and the tomato snail soup. Honest price and a lot of seriousness in fast and impeccable service to manage an outdoor room at 40° in the shade of a hot day in mid-August. The whole context is delicious and beautiful, Spello is wonderful!

We stopped for dinner and I would say we made an excellent choice!!!!
Excellent quality food and a wide choice of typical dishes!! The wine and especially the craft beer are excellent. Professionalism and kindness of the staff...... everything perfect!!!!!

I stopped with my friends for dinner, a very welcoming place, with the menu displayed at the entrance, very honest prices for the care of the dishes, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, furthermore you can see the dedication of the cook in the dishes, I tasted bistro very recommended.

Stopping here to eat was a great choice!
Under the scorching August sun, a plate of truffle gnocchi with the matching wine is the perfect combination!
Lots of choice of typical Umbrian dishes and wines!
The craft beer they recommend is phenomenal!

We stopped for an aperitif with a mixed platter and two artisan beers made with home-produced grapes. We were very satisfied. The price of 50 cl beers at €12 each may seem high, but it is proportionate to the characteristics and type of production. I highly recommend trying them because they are delicious.

In Spello the heat will skin you!
If you start looking for characteristic taverns/trattorias you will find them, for heaven's sake. But a quarter of an hour on foot under the scorching sun turns the visit into a mission that risks unnerving you.
Then suddenly!!! Small tables on the main street, young atmosphere, varied and fresh menu, friendly and very quick staff with prices definitely in line with the centrality of the place in the village.
A lunch based on typical Umbrian dishes with platters and bruschetta... If you happen to be there on a Thursday, well, Thursday is fresh ricotta day... So what do you do? ends on a high note!!!
