Today I happened upon a bar on Corso Cairoli, and it was a surprise. The staff was helpful and very welcoming. The bartender was friendly, and the waiter was very nice.

They must have changed pastry chefs otherwise the worsening cannot be explained... the wedding cake was delicious but the one for my daughter's birthday was terrible... cream without sugar inside completely dry and inedible... they all left it over... considering the high price I'm sorry but we expected much more... also because the desserts we eat from them are always delicious and I'm sorry to leave this review... but we were disappointed

20/01/2026: What can I say about this restaurant overlooking Lake Bolsena? The view alone is worth a stop at Carpe Diem. Pasquale, the manager, is truly a very special person and makes you feel right at home. I found in this restaurant the attention to detail, the quality of the product, and a welcoming atmosphere that create a perfect balance. Highly recommended.
23/12/2025: Excellent restaurant serving Neapolitan and Italian cuisine, along with exquisite pizzas. The view from the tables is spectacular, overlooking Lake Bolsena and the islands. The staff is attentive, and the owner is extremely kind and attentive to every detail. You'll be treated to a warm welcome.
