Cooking class with chef Lauri was amazing.

A wonderful place and wonderfully attentive staff. Special thanks to Jimmy and Giorgio. They recommended wine and snacks. They were very attentive and helpful. We really felt the Italian atmosphere.

As a family, we took the homemade pasta and tiramisu course. It was a group of all ages, and we all had a blast. Our teacher was very attentive to each one of us and made it a point to come by and give feedback to each one of us that was making food it was some of the best pasta and tiramisu I have ever had. Afterwards we got to sit and eat dinner, family style with everyone that we took the class with. It gave us a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world. I would highly recommend this course as it was easy to learn and they provide you with recipes to take home.

Dany, you're a wonderful woman. You made my birthday extra special! I love you! And the lasagna was the best I've ever eaten in my entire life! I'LL BE BACK.
