We went to the cafe on the top floor.
Since it was mid-morning, we were able to get a seat right away.
This was helpful as it can be hard to secure a seat when there are a large group.
The calm atmosphere allowed us to relax.
The spirits my friend ordered came with snacks 🫒
They were delicious.
In terms of quality, prices appropriate to the quality, that is, very high, logistics, brand, there is no comparison, not even in Europe.... probably only in clumsy places to find better, but here you will not find any evidence.

Customer attention Prada, Dior and Gucci top!
At Chanel beauty, the girl seemed a bit annoyed and was also a bit rude.
At Shiseido I wanted to buy an eyeliner but the girl didn't help me, in fact she almost badmouthed the product. Too bad because I was really intending to buy an eyeliner that had just come out, I asked her for advice and it was as if she indirectly advised me not to buy anything.

An undisputed point of reference. Elegant and sophisticated, every time I happen to be in Milan, a stop here is mandatory. There are all the luxury brands and more.

Friendly and attentive service- I'm normally at the fragrance, home fragrance, food and luggage sections. The staff are informative and helpful especially at the niche fragrance department where they are patient and responsive to inquiries. One of the sales assistants at the luggage section was a little pushy and impatient about the luggage I was considering but thankfully I had no regrets with my purchase. If I wasn't in such a need for one, I might not have appreciated being rushed into it.
Well-stocked department store with the best brands. Personally, the rooms are too low for me.
