Huge mall with lot of fashion brands, luxury brands and much more! Clothing, cosmetics, watches, sunglasses and many more items here. A little cheaper than direct outlets of the brands. You can visit here, but beware of the crowd, it gets packed! We bought perfumes from here.

We went up to the roof garden and the view was incredible! The food was very tasty, prices reasonable considering the location and the view you enjoy. We also went to the shopping center and bought chocolates. In general, on the top floor there are exclusive products that you should definitely get something. There is also a sushi bar for lovers.

I have been going to La Rinascente in Milan for many years, practically every Sunday. It is a familiar place for me, almost a regular appointment: sometimes for breakfast, other times to wander through the men's departments or to treat myself to a little luxury on the sixth and seventh floors, between the food and the selection of household products. It is a space that I really like, both for the offer and for the atmosphere, elegant, modern, lively, and it has always been a point of reference in the heart of the city. Precisely for this reason, I am sorry to have to highlight a sore point that has been repeated for too long now: the attitude of the staff. Although there are many shop assistants in each department and for each brand, what I often notice is a general lack of attention to the customer. On several occasions, I happened to wander through the departments without anyone approaching me to offer assistance, even when it was clear that I was observing or evaluating a product. One Sunday in particular, I was with some friends and we all noticed the same thing: many of the clerks were distracted by their phones, some were hiding behind the stands or the cash registers, and more generally you could feel a certain listlessness, almost an annoyance in interacting with customers. In two different corners, I was the one who had to look for someone to help me, finding them busy scrolling through social media on their smartphones. And I'm sorry to say it, but it's not enough to answer, as happened, that you use your phone for business reasons, when it's obvious that you're scrolling through TikTok or Facebook. This situation is not new, and precisely because I love this place and continue to frequent it, I have already complained both via email and by phone. But, unfortunately, every time I return, everything is always the same. No change. Evidently, those in charge of personnel management are not able to enforce basic rules, or they themselves do not set a good example. I understand that working in contact with the public is not always easy, but from a reality like Rinascente, a symbol of elegance and quality in Milan, I expect professionalism, care and attention, even in small gestures. Because, in the end, the customer experience is not made only by brands and the environment: it is made above all by people.

We had already been to Rinascente Roma, and it is a little inferior, apart from the fact that they have part of it under construction. It is a luxury brand place

What can I say, it's always a pleasure to enter Rinascente and look at the brands present. The items on display are among the most varied and all of a certain level. Truly enjoyable even if you limit yourself to looking. If you then want to buy something, the purchase will certainly be perfect. Congratulations

20/06/2025: English: Hello everyone, I am the terror of restaurateurs and other phenomena that offer poor services in other sectors draining your wallet (lately with a mechanic in via Crescenzago, to say the least, hallucinating: I went into his place with a problem and came out with three problems, a response to my negative review on Google to say the least aberrant and, lately, some anonymous phone calls with a guy who speaks in Sicilian, could it be a coincidence???? Who is calling, Totò Riina himself?????? Unfortunately, this platform does not give you a way to dismantle the tsunami of infamy of the other!!!!!!). Returning to the Masseria, given that I have a certain thirty-year experience of restaurants, pizzerias and trattorias, I am strongly surprised by an average score. This place deserves, from my humble point of view, a slightly higher score unlike other places, well reviewed, which are associations, to say the least, to commit crimes!!!!!!!! I especially compliment Ahmed (the owner) and Tony (the conductor of the hall) who make me feel truly at home, unlike other nightmare and excellently reviewed places. To make a long story short, the result is the following: I enter calm and I leave veeeeeeeeeery calm, with a full belly, satisfied, pampered, listened to and above all, not taken for a ride when it's time to pay!!!!!! See you at the next adventure or misadventure.
