The guy serving us obviously loves the products he sells and took time to explain things to asked based on our questions.
I'm not a gelato expert and so I can't say if this was the best or not best but we thoroughly enjoyed it. I was dubious at first because I like to buy gelato in the tins with lids on them but after doing a taste test and asking another customer we were super confident to buy from here. A bit more expensive than other places for sure but very enjoyable and very intense flavours.
Gluten free cones too

The ice creams were good, compared to other ice cream parlors in Rome there are many better ones, and these were especially expensive. They also do not control much of quantities: a piccolo cone for €3.5 had much more ice cream than a medium tub for €4.5. They have gluten free cones

What a quaint and unique little gelato shop. I love this place, actually!
Quaint because it’s so small and cute, unique because the flavors are one of a kind. With flavors like blue cheese chocolate, pine, kiwi, peppermint, wine, and others, this place is especially unique. Don’t fret, though. If you’re not down with those flavors they also have the normal flavors such as strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, and more. The best part of all is that they provide you with as many sample taste as you want. On that note, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, they are very passionate about their creations of gelato.
Go, and check it out for yourself.
Enjoy!

Super friendly staff.
Interesting and different flavours.
Would highly recommend.
Certainly one of the best ice cream parlors in Rome. Classic varieties are available as well as unusual ones. What is striking: the diverse selection of chocolate ice cream. My personal favorite: pine
The salon is definitely worth a detour, even if it's not necessarily on the classic tourist trail.
Update March 2024:
Back in Rome, back to Günther!
A visit is simply a MUST when staying in Rome!
Pine ice cream: incomparable! Also one of my favorites: mango.
The service was super friendly!
If you don't try it, it's your own fault!

A very very delicious place, the service is fast, and above all, friendly in general, there are several branches, but it is worth trying these ice creams (gelato) in my opinion, the pistachio ice cream (pistachio) is incredible, the lemon one, outside of this world, it is lemon, yellow. If you have the opportunity to visit it, it is worth it. Take into account that the cost of a cone of one flavor, simple, is 5 euros, and the truth is it is worth it, the well-made vanilla flavor cookie is super well made. And fresh, frozen to an exact point of thickness, they don't melt so easily and the flavors are 10/10.

In a country where gelato is core culture, advertising that you are great is a contest. While they have plenty of flavors, the service is quick and friendly, ,and the prices are reasonable, that only gets you so far. There is always room for more ice cream. We haven't been won over.
