Very pleasant experience, starting from arriving at the venue. Surrounded by vineyards, the historic residence is well preserved and you can appreciate the furnishings of the past of the Royal family.
The service is pleasant and you are welcomed with professionalism and elegance.
We eat well, a lot. I think I would recommend everything. Delicious welcome appetizers. Infinite and high quality wine list.

I went to a wedding in Serralunga, about 1 month ago.... Even though my celiac disease had been reported, I asked several times for the starters and I'm still waiting for my dish today. The first course was inedible.. chewy and vegan (it wasn't gluten free). For desserts, a banal plate with meringues... nothing exceptional. When the dishes were delivered, the waiters shouted among themselves saying: he's the gluten-free one, in front of everyone. In short, rudeness for a starred restaurant. Having said that, everything else was perfect.

Ristorante collocato all’interno della tenuta di Fontafredda, al primo piano di una delle strutture, con ambiente curato, e con sale da pranzo nelle sue varie stanze.
Menu alla carta oppure menù di degustazione, buona carta dei vini anche se mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più.
Abbiamo consumato vitello tonnato, filetto crudo di Fassona, uovo al tartufo, riso, tortelli di cavolo mugnolo, tagliatelle, faraona, finanziera e capretto, per dessert bunet e gelato al fiordilatte.
Prodotti freschi e curati sia nella preparazione che nella presentazione.
Buono il gruppo grissini/focaccia/pane, un po’ meno il pane servito caldo, perché all’interno era decisamente ancora da cuocere.
Farei una menzione particolare al filetto crudo tagliato al coltello ed al gelato al fiordilatte.
Personale giovane: preparato, gentile e molto rapido.
Prezzo nella media se riferito ad un ristorante stellato.
Utilizzando il mio metro di valutazione ( da 1 min a 5 max): qualità 4,quantità 3 , prezzo 4, servizio 5 , ambiente 5.

Établissement splendide. Personnel au petit soin.
Les plats sont bons bien que pour un restaurant étoilé nous aurions apprécié un accompagnement des plats principaux plus élaboré et raffiné (salade mesclun du jardin)

Don’t miss this gem of a restaurant!
The food is fantastic, service is impeccable and everything is included in the price!
So many additional courses, of course lots varieties of excellent bread and the wines!
Had been overeating on this holiday so tried only the 2 course - but the staff and restaurant made us feel so welcome.
Wish we could come more often!

We had dinner at the restaurant. Nothing to say about the dishes: they were well prepared and excellent. Particularly the agnolotti and the guinea fowl, which were spectacular. The service however really needs to be reviewed! The first 4 dishes were not explained. The impression is that at the service there were people who had never worked in a restaurant, but were not even followed or advised. I have had lunch in taverns with better services. Only towards the end was the situation taken over by competent personnel. Honestly, for the level of a Michelin star, the expectations are different.

Excellent restaurant in a beautiful old estate that used to belong to the king of Italy.
Food was excellent and wines are decently priced .
The vitello tonato as a starter was simply amazing.
Insider tip: don’t indulge too much on the bread in order to have enough space for the rest.
