Exceptional atmosphere, food and service. It’s worth the family’s experience and expectations. But it was quite expensive.

Incredible food and service! So grateful and lucky to be able to visit two of Massimo’s restaurants in a year. This one was stylish and modern and a very different feel. The food was great and the menu exciting with Mexican and Japanese flavours.

I booked a table there for my fiancé's birthday. I have to say that the Gucci osteria didn't offer us just food but a fine dining experience to be remembered. The people working there were very pleasant and they did their job/role exceptionally. We took the grand course of the chef and each dish was totally different from the previous in many ways. Every dish had a story to tell and a mix of flavours to explore. And of course something visually interesting to explore and understand. I tell you ,a total experience. Also,in the end they had for us a small birthday sweet and a candle for us which was very sweet. In general, totally worth it for an experience you will seek for a unique situation. Or if you just want to eat in the hands of a real Michelin star chef.

Great experience! Chef Karime is so talented. The Mexican touch (as well as her japanese husband's) on top of local Bottura's Italian recipes is amazing. Got the 3 dishes selection (glad we did, the full menú would've been a lot), so we got to share 6 amazing small dishes, plus a complimentary amuse bouche and two deserts. The waiter recommended an amazing bottle for Franciacorta that was fairly priced and was perfect for what we got. The dishes, setting and plating are all amazing. They have a Gucci museum right next door but was closed, and a boutique (only women clothes though) as well as a magazine and book section that was very cool. Right in front is the Giardino that serves cocktails and bistro food, so you get like 5 different experiences in the same block. Of course it's not cheap but I wouldn't say expensive either. A top option in Florence!

Very fun dining for people who want to have a high-end experience. The food was delicious, the staff were super knowledgeable and kind, and decor was impeccable, and overall the entire time was great :)

I ordered a seven course menu.. The staff's quick response and friendliness are the best. However, the most important food and wine pairing was not as great as expected.

Beyond the discovery of completely unknown flavors and the continuous destabilization of the senses (coffee is not coffee, cannoli is not cannoli, pastries are not sweet, cassata is a first course of pasta and so on), to beyond the beautiful melancholy that gives the thought that you will never be able to replicate that dish, that you will not find it anywhere else and you will never be able to experience those sensations again even if you return there again because the menu changes and every lunch-dinner will be different from the previous one, the thing that perhaps I liked most of all is the fact that on the menu - in addition to entirely vegetable dishes dedicated to those like me who don't eat meat/fish - you can also ask to vegetarianize many others on the menu. By subtracting animal elements and adding other vegetal ones, the structure of the composition remains the same, but at the same time its internal balance changes. It is a way of cooking that I find incredibly respectful and modern and I really liked it.

Excellent restaurant! Excellent cuisine, very attentive service. It was a little lacking in Gucci spirit and subtle details. Amazing tasting set!

We ate at Gucci 2 nights ago and I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a gimmicky meal, all name with no substance but I was absolutely wrong. The dishes were well thought out, contained the perfect ingredients, and left the taste buds elated. We ordered the Our New Memories tasting menu and it will certainly be ours for the foreseeable future. Well done!

You think GUCCI and you HAVE expectations and preconceptions. They could rely on brand reputation, attractive (I mean VERY) staff and gorgeous interior design. BUT they deliver far beyond and above with some of the most inventive, delicious and utterly gorgeous food I've ever dined on. We chose the Grand Tour - Sommelier Experience for two. One dish followed by another actually out doing each other. Wonderful use of vintage style servicing pieces as well. So many new takes and innovative reinventions of classic Italian dishes. The staff are utterly charming cheeky fun and attentive, you want for nothing and wait for nothing. Absolutely not stuffy nor uptight but rather confident professionals. Service is well timed but with this many courses it's a good pace to get through them in an evening. You don't feel rushed as obviously you are there for the entire evening. Price is apportioned to the service and quality. And as they say, you get what you pay for in life.
