Beautiful Interiors! Delicious and Flavorful Food! Amazing Service! Ordered the Purple Corn Toast (I took the photo a little late but the tortilla was served perfectly parallel with the plate) and Pantesko! So unique and delish. Then, we had Trip to Modena and Memories of a summer in Versilia- Crispy Cod. Highly recommend both. There were additional courses that were brought out for a full experience. Chef Karime even came out to the table to thank us for visiting the restaurant. Fully enjoyed and highly recommend.

Bottura's soul is there... the final tortellini are an unmistakable signature! Exciting dishes in a friendly informal place that is less stuffy than the usual starred ones... the outdoor garden is also noteworthy for unique cocktails. Sharing a spoonful dish with fellow diners is not very welcome.

This summer was the second experience here. The service was outstanding, different small dishes with delicious flavors and the best bread in Italy, the selection wines were excellent and loved every bit of it!

First Michelin Star experience and one I will never forget! I cannot remember our servers name, but he was great too! The food was absolutely amazing, we had the tasting menu which came with so many extras.. simply wonderful, thank you team!

Tuvimos una comida inolvidable en Gucci Osteria en Florencia — divertida, inesperada y llena de creatividad. Aunque es un concepto del legendario Massimo Bottura, realmente se puede sentir la influencia de los dos jefes de cocina, Karime López de México y Takahiko Kondo de Japón. El menú es una fusión de sus culturas y las raíces italianas de Bottura.
Algunos platos tenían esa patada picante mexicana, como un cálido guiño a casa. Un aspecto destacado fue la espuma de café combinada con caldo de grano negro — simple pero consciente — que sopla. Y hablemos del caldo de pollo con matcha, simplemente vaya. Sabores puros e innovadores que alcanzan todas las notas correctas.
Pero un plato te lleva directamente al corazón de la emblemática Osteria Francescana de Bottura en Módena: los clásicos tortellini in brodo. Esto no es solo caldo, es una experiencia. Rico, profundo y perfecto. ¿Y el pateador? Una salsa de crema Parmigiano - Reggiano de 24 meses de edad que envuelve todo en un abrazo decadente y salado. Sublime ni siquiera comienza a describirlo. Es el tipo de perfección simple que solo un maestro como Bottura puede lograr, un plato que te hace sentarte y saborear la vida por un minuto. Por supuesto, tuve que echar trufa, porque cuando estaba en la Toscana, ¿verdad?
Gucci Osteria es donde la buena comida se encuentra con la diversión, juguetona sin ser pretenciosa. La influencia de Bottura está ahí, pero los chefs Karime & Takahiko dejan su propia marca audaz con sabores globales. Es vibrante y relajado, lo que le da un impulso serio a la escena gastronómica de Florencia. Si estás en la ciudad, no solo vayas por la moda, ve por la comida. Confía en mí, vale la pena.
