New Year's Eve dinner, the environment is certainly comfortable, well-kept and welcoming. The service was truly commendable, the staff were polite, kind, helpful and friendly without ever exaggerating (this is specific because in some places the staff becomes intrusive which did NOT happen here). As for the menu, I was undoubtedly satisfied but given the refined cuisine, some dishes should be revised and taken care of (if you use refined ingredients it can happen that you get some doses wrong 😉). In any case, it is a place where I will gladly return to try the menu outside of fixed menu events. Very good.

Beautiful lunch! Restaurant located in a historic place with a very interesting and tasteful renovation. Wide choice of sea and mountain dishes. Particular attention to care in the presentation of the dishes. We can't wait to return to try more delicacies. Special thanks to Chef Alessandro for this beautiful culinary experience.

Locale molto bello, ristrutturato di recente con gusto e funzionalità. Servizio attento ed impeccabile. Piatti con materia prima di qualità praparati con cura e veramente gustosi. Carta dei vini che privilegia giustamente i vini locali. Prezzi non eccessivi considerate le porzioni abbondanti. Peccato per la mancanza della tovaglia sui tavoli all'interno, ma questi sono gusti personali. Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.

Kwalitatief goed italiaans eten. Absoluut géén pizza! Vis en vlees streekgerechten staan er op de secondi kaart. Bediening wordt met zorg gedaan. Adviseren je met goede keuzes mbt wijn. Grote porties. Tip: kies een voorgerecht en een primi of een secondi en een dolci of een een primi , secondi en een dolci. Géén enkel probleem om indien jij primi en jouw partner een secondi bestelt. Krijg je gelijk. Ook heel fijn! Bij aankomst een aperitief en een amuse van het huis. Net als een dessertwijn bij de dolce. Alle drie overigens heerlijk! We zijn er twee keer wezen eten. En beide keren zeer goed!

Wow this place is an excellent experience. The quality of the food and wine here is superb and prices for the quality and service represents very good value for money. The food quality and service is top notch and represents very close to Michelin starred food and presentation. The wine list is representative of the local verdicchio with many producers from Staffolo represented. The whole wine list shows how much the owners of the restaurant appreciate matching their excellent food with excellent wines. Well done. The prices of the wines on offer are extremely competitive for a top restaurant. But it is the quality and presentation of the food that shines here. Innovative dishes but with a local heart and tradition. Well done. This was the best meal my wife had I have had out this year and we look forward to returning.
