Groove In Genova

Very good burgers, the sauces especially were very flavorful and gave a good Genovan take on the typical burger. The Turna beer I had was excellent--it seems the Genovan craft beer scene is doing well, and well-represented at this restaurant.

In this review I will try to talk a bit about everything, let's start with the environment, which is very beautiful with walls covered with band posters, very pleasant music at the right volume and excellent lighting without dark spots. No flaws, 5 stars. The food: I took the "Smoke On The Water", and I found it quite bland with the meat being a little too tough for me, but it is saved by the soft bread and the BBQ sauce. I found the chips very good, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside accompanied by the sauces. For dessert I had the brownie with ice cream, finally a brownie made well and sweet enough to pair with the infallible scoop of ice cream, perhaps too big to eat after a sandwich. If I can give one piece of advice, make the brownie smaller and the ball bigger. Service: for the sandwich it was decidedly slow (about 30 minutes) while for the dessert they were faster, in general they were kind. Really good menu with many veg options and not just sandwiches (also hot dogs and hamburgers on the plate) Conclusions: they are guys who have to run a restaurant, so despite the mistakes I would tell you: go and eat a groove burger! You will surely have a fun evening in a beautiful setting

The burgers were really very good (special, different from the usual), as were the bourbon carrots and the chips (a little soft, but the taste was there). I didn't like the cheesecake in a jar very much, the biscuit base was too floury. The staff are really friendly, the place is quiet, overall a great evening :D

kind and professional waiters, they could improve by looking up more often at customers who would like to ask for the mayonnaise that they didn't bring with the chips or order another beer.... I was about to get up to ask a couple of times

After being quite exhausted from sightseeing, we settled for a uncomplicated place to have a basic and quick dinner. But don't be fooled, basic dos not mean bad in any way! We were surprised by the beautiful interieur. The burgers - both regular and fancy - were very good. We also enjoyed the fried mini ravioli (that was a first for us) and the fries. Usually we like to have a dessert, but since it was so hot that day (and the portions generous), there was no way we would make it through any sweets afterwards. We had a pleasant experience. Nice people and very delicious food. I liked the 50/50 idea, with plant-based and meat burgers. Good place for vegan and vegetarian people and every one else.
