We had an most incredible scrumptious gelato in Rome, Ana helped us select flavours which would go together and was very pleasant. We had an amazing experience at this place. Highly recommend this place to all the holiday goers who are looking for an authentic gelato. 5 starts for taste, service and overall experience

We loved the gelato at Grom so much that we went to multiple locations while we were visiting. Get the whipped cream on top of your gelato or affogato, because it is made fresh in the store and tastes amazing. Most other gelato places did not compare to Grom, even some of the highly rated ones online!

30/08/2025: The stay was fine overall, but the pool rules are stuck in the past. Being forced to wear a swimming cap might have made sense decades ago when pool tech was different, but in 2025 it feels unnecessary and a bit silly. It’s like checking into a Holiday Inn and being told to bring your cassette tapes. Time to modernize this rule — it’s not what international travelers expect.”
