GROM - Il Gelato come una volta In Roma

I was shopping at the mall and stopped to eat ice cream here. I was served by a girl named Ana, very sweet and kind! The ice cream is also very good. 5 stars deserved! 🤗

We went to Grom in East Rome today (27/04) and the sales assistant Giulia treated us very well! Highly recommended! Compared to Grom, located in Via Ottaviano, the prices are sky high, frozen ice cream, terrible and when giving change (now with the machine) the money was broken and without the possibility of changing it! Recommended ice cream from grom in eastern Rome, delicious and above all excellent/very kind employees. We will definitely be back

Yesterday with my family, after leaving the cinema, we stopped just in time for an ice cream, although the boy was closing, he proved to be kind and helpful in his requests, managing to please the children.

I arrived late, almost at closing time... The girl, with a smile, proved to be very kind and capable!

Last night, or rather Thursday, I found myself at the Roma Est shopping centre, At 9.50pm, although the ice cream shop was closing because I saw the girl tidying up/cleaning, I politely requested an ice cream, apologizing for the time and the girl was understanding, cheerful and helpful, not to mention the excellent ice cream! Helpful and cheerful staff!

Excellent ice cream, very courteous staff, Karim served us, a boy who was able to advise us and help us in our indecision. Quality ice cream, I highly recommend this place!

If ice cream in the past was like this...then blessed are today's times!! Coffee flavored pistachio is very strange.
