This is the second time this has happened to me, at around 9pm they either leave the cream or they don't remake it. For me, ice cream without cream doesn't make sense, especially at grom where it's the best as far as I'm concerned. Too bad, I didn't get it.

I've been to Grom at the Roma Est shopping center, and apart from the quality of the products, which are always fresh and accessible to all, the guys who served me, Analucia and Karim, were very kind, professional and very polite! We went to Grom in East Rome today (27/04) and the sales assistant Giulia treated us very well! Highly recommended! Compared to Grom, located in Via Ottaviano, the prices are sky high, frozen ice cream, terrible and when giving change (now with the machine) the money was broken and without the possibility of changing it!
